Lr no.[protected] two parcels one with wooden box and another with carton box packing
Above parcel we had received on[protected] cr no.[protected], but only one wooden box was available and the other carton box is missing
We had taken the wooden box after assurance from your local office that it will be tracked at the earliest
We request you to take the necessary action and help us in getting our material at the earliest possible

    I am travelling VRL logistics from Ugar Khurd to Bangalore, in the ticket they have mentioned for one person 20 kg luggage is allowed. I was carrying 10 kg luggage they charged me 120 rupees as luggage. Even though I have less luggage, they don't any dimension standard or weighing machine simply they are charging blindly. When asking driver started abusing me in vulgar language. My ticket reservation number 15543526. Please check the ticket details and luggage receipt

      Ordered from nashik to gajuwaka, the person from vrl wrote it as visakhapatnam. Ur logistics team dropped the material at main city. I have paid additional 600/- for bringing back the material!
      Why should i pay for your faults?

      Party booked parcel from ulhasnagar to Dharmavaram. But the VRL employee made booking to Anantapur. I need to change delivery address from Anantapur to Dharmavaram. I have been trying customer care number but unable to reach them.

        regarding unnecessary miscellaneous charges on courier

        I have been using vrl transport from last few years for my material from mumbai, telangana and combaitore.
        And each time miscilinious charges they are adding on is increasing to great extent.
        No set up rules and regulation.
        One of the worst transporation group.
        However their bilty charges may be fixed but fixed at very high price.
        If there is any regulation for this.
        It should be checked and regulated....

        I booked a parcel from ludhiana to ajmer on 13/02/2019 (Lr number - [protected]) containing 14 pieces of textile shirts (Invoice no.-gst-316). Value of goods was 4672.50. It went missing from jaipur branch but after 22 days even no response from jaipur branch and ludhiana branch. Jaipur branch person told us to apply refund in ludhiana branch and ludhiana branch employee not agree to register complaint by saying that jaipur branch is responsible for the lost of parcel.
        It must be clear that which branch needs to proceed with the refund issues but the employees of both branch are not agree to take responsibility and misguiding the customer although we are regular customers of vrl logistics.. Please initiate the possible action at earliest.

          We are from nellore went two times for delivering stock but they didn't respond that once strike is going and again stock is not here shifted to other place will come like that now again went for delivering they are telling to pay demarize, this is not fare they are not responding correctly and the office is so much distance from city almost 10 km away waste of time for sending hamalies 2 times and return back and bales also in opened condition by shifiting them one place to another place and again to godown by them, please respond immediately and do favour, we are customers science from past 20 years

            Hi,
            I wanted to let you know that very worst service has been provided by vrl packers and movers hyderabad named vikram chauhan. Www.vrlpackerssmovers.in
            While having a discussion on 2 march, he provided me the final amount after having long conversation with him.
            And today on 3 march they picked my household luggage, after that he send me a bill with increased amount,
            After speaking with vikram chauhan, he is telling you don't have a choice other than to pay it.
            I am writing this review even though my luggage is in transit which is going to get delivered on tuesday march 5,
            I tried to reach multiple people but everyone is pointing to reach him, but he is the person who is not valuing customer.
            I paid some amount to paytm number named rajeev chauhan, i tried to escalate to him, but no use.
            I don't want to use any service from vrl in future and i would not recommend to my dear one's. I taken wrong decision by choosing this transport, i thought it is reputed one and got misled by the brand name.
            I did not see any professionalism, it is worst than local packers and movers.

              I have been promised to get my good delivered today. I am in contact with hyd and bangalore office this whole day almost made 20-30 calls. Driver says he is drunk and can't deliver. I am so upset with inconvenience faced. I can't even express in words. I will never recommend vrl service to anyone with this worst ever experience.

              Made complete payment and have to stay without my stuff with family.

                My parcel booked from nagpur to chitoor lr no [protected]@1 on 15th october, parcel will not be despatch at chitoor after enquiring 6-7 times answer parcel will be by mistake of vrl has been at salem office, so much times i’m asked for the parcel deliver me at nagpur so many but no any results, and also i complain in written to vrl logistics but no any reply

                We booked a parcel with the consignment number of [protected] on 2nd feb 2019 from agra to nellore. I tracking it showing 9th feb 2019 it reached but when we ask for delivery they saying not at reached. Till now they are not responding and not at delivered and almost today is 17th. Pls resolve the issue on as early as possible.

                  The company has charged 7620 rs for 8 bundles of actual weight 300 kg. The company new manager of bhopal also behaving rudely regarding the price issue.
                  Where the other transporters have charged 2000 rs for same goods from same destination, the company have charged me rs 7700, also my vendor have told them not to pass goods from indore, the company manager have not changed the bilte till indore, after my vendor have filled case regarding this issue to company, the company has not given response. Now they are charging demurrage charges also which is costing nearly 4000. My request to company head office, after your manager have filed such huge mistake and mental loss to both vendor and customer, please remove him from his post. Also negotiate the amount for demurrage and transportation cost. Also filed a case against manager and recovered approximately for your goodwill reputation and customer loss.
                  I hope you will take a huge step against manager and also forgive all the demurrage and negotiate transport amount of goods.

                      Original reach time: 9.00 am (Amidst no where, 60km from margao)

                      Other than extremely rude driver whose reckless, irresponsible behaviour was at peaks, the bus broke down at a random place. All the passengers waited patiently for a couple of hours for the driver to call for some help from the travels. There was no way other than leaving that place, few of the passengers went to the nearby village to get some help and booked for private vehicles to reach our respective journeys which cost us as much as the bus ticket amount and reached the destination at 1.00pm. This is highly unacceptable behaviour and the kind of trauma the passengers went through was uncalled for. This situation could have been handled very perfectly. I would like to claim for a 100% refund of my ticket amount rs 1000 booked from redbus.

                        Honda Activa 3G Two Wheeler was sent to Bangalore from Delhi on the basis of Door to Door. There was not only inordinate delay in delivery (12 days against promise of 4 days) but also It got delivered in a very badly damaged condition, (picture available), also the helmet sent with the vehicle was not delivered (acknowledgement from the delivery boy was taken). Upon enquiry, I am told that there will be a call from Bangalore office, Still waiting for that since 3 weeks. No action taken by the company in this regard sofar.

My pick was scheduled at 8:35 from Electronic City to Anand Rao circle I Waited for 45mims for pick up bus, I tried calling the vrl office and all I could connect to is “ this number is under configuration “ later the bus which arrived was with different number which I was not informed of and thr was no place in the bus to sit it was sleeper bus. Now who is responsible for the safety waiting 45mins on road not getting prior information of the change of pick up bus..

                            We book a material from bawana to thrissur kerala. As per commitment vrl staff (Bawana) that if we loaded material in cargo vrl material will delivered to customer 4 to 6 days. We booked material on dt-23/01/2019 gr no-[protected].
                            But material not reached yet. Party pay six rupees extra per kg because the material urgent for him and party regularly asking us for material updating that when will be reached material but we have no answer that.
                            Very bad service...

                              Today 1st feb 2019, i collected my parcel from vrl office. The packing was broken amd 2 materials are missing from d box. I had conveyed d matter to parcel sender.
                              Also d person who sits on counter, asked me to pay rs 50 as unloading charges. I told him that i had already paid all transportation charges and have bill for d same. Then he didn't say anything but aftet sometime a person came and said he is not able to locate where my parcel is kept... Again after 10min another person came and told he found it... But paking was broken.

                                    I have booked bus with my baby from nagpur to pune on 31st dec 2018. The bus got cancelled because of some bus issue and hence cancelled my tickets. Vrl is not giving me my preferred seat and bus time which i have booked in the bus on 31st dec 2018. Now vrl is giving me next day that is 1st jan 2019 bus tickets on another bus on last seats which is not comfortable at all. They should have schedule another bus on same timing on same day. Now with no option have to book hotel in nagpur worth rupees 2500 and travel on 1st in uncomfortable manner. Other companies also cancelled their buses of same day looks like bus companies have done lobbying and sales tickets on higher price from 1st jan 2019.
                                    Hence i want compensation from vrl for my inconvenience.

                                      My vendor has booked a material fro jaipur to ghaziabad with the delivery commitment of 2 days. Now the materrial has arrived at ghaziabad after delay.
                                      Now my person mr. Akash sah has reached to collect the material in afternoon.
                                      1. After noon commitment come to evening will give the material.
                                      2.in evening at 6 pm, they told for stamp of company,,
                                      My question is when this stamp is so much mendatory why he has not otld to me in afternoon,
                                      3. Then my party who has send the material has given the mail to vrl ghaziabad after having chat with prem prakash (Representative of vrl)
                                      4, he again refused as new logic has come to discuss with vrl jaipur.
                                      Why the hell i disscuss with vrl. Its your team and you have to support.
                                      If my sender is saying give the material to named person, check his id card and take a copy and give thematerial.
                                      By the reposce was very very bad by mr. Prem prakash.

                                      Request you to hand over the same position to some sensible person who can handle customer sincerely. We are giving service to you, not for listening harsh words by prem prakash or and vrl employee.
