It's to inform you that vrl logistics at kottakal was very much irresponsible to goods handling and service to the customer
One of my box reached kottakal hub then even after 15days they didn't call me or else to my office also even though at least 5 times in a month we are having a shipment through them then also these people are behaving like this means then what should be their response to the one time customer any way i concluded by saying that their staff at kottakal was not even know to behave properly

We have facing issue with the transport service manager of vrl logistics - madanapalle town branch.

The manager is setting up its new rules of payment and service as the payment should be done in cash only or the goods would not be released.

There is also very rude behaviour of management while conversation.

I request you to take immediate action and hope our goods are delivered...

I am vishal jadhav from parli vaijnath, my consignment number [protected] is booked from faridabad on 13/10/2018. Today i have msg from vrl that my consignment is reached but when i am go there but they said me that your delevery is short. Only 1 packet is reached here out of 4. They said 3 packets are don't know where they are.
It's very bad service from vrl.
I want my money back and goods. Otherwise give me the all money of goods.

I have courier the material on 9th of this month and it has reached to city of the party/receiver place but didn't reached to party. It is in coimbatore tpt but from their it didn't despatched to main city of the party. We think that vrl is a fastest and safest transportation for goods but it's proven wrong. We had good faith on vrl transportation. It's a request to do the needful asap.

We have booked a shipment for door delivery from secunderabd to Mahipalpur Delhi, At the time of booking the Vrl people said that it will take 5-6 days for the delivery . Since Last 4 Days the status of the material was showing as "loading to bilaspur", when we spoken to the concern person at bilaspur he was saying that the delivery will be today., But as per your Hyderabad branch personnel the material would be delivered by 11th of this month. As a reputed Logistics company we have put in the material first time taking reference from others now we feel we have done wrong. The Material is still lying in Bilaspur.

Now day after lot of phone calls and our personal visit to your Hyderabad branch they informed it is moving to Dwaraka nagar and it still takes 2 More days to reach the client .
But actually the material should reach Mahipalpur on 11th of Oct and today is 16th Oct, now they are saying it takes more two days time. We are already on demurrage period with the customer. Kindly see that it is reached today or latest by tomorrow morning this is a request.

Please do the needful .

Our lr number is [protected] in vrl logistics, our material was despatched on 4.10.2018 from new delhi. The material is lying in chennai for almost 3 days and the person from ranipet has asked chennai office to hold our material at chennai itself. We regularly book our material in vrl logistics but incident shows irresponsible attitude from vrl ranipet.
Kindly look into this matter and do needful

I hv booked goods from ambala to pune pisoli tpt on 6th october 18, lr - [protected]. It was supposed to reached us on 13th october. But goods are lying in bilaspur delhi tpt from 9th oct onwards & still not forwarded to pune tpt. I hv contact concerned person but all goes in vain. No one is taking seriously. Will it be dispatched or not?

At sindagi customer handling staffs behaving very rudly and using non sense words to customer, when i asked timing he is telling its our wish, who is asking you, i am very disappointed by them simply they seated my time

I request, pls look who can behave properly with customers

My lr:- [protected] was dispatched from kollam to nagpur on 3/10/2018 after calling your office in nagpur they don’t pick calls when they pick they tell us to call after 15 mins and after the said time again they don’t pick calls, it looks like your services are worst than the govt service providers.. It’s a shame such a big name has no customer service..

My lr number [protected], which is booked in terms of next day delivery. But still it is not reached the vrl branch office. And there is no proper response for my calls. I purchased for my business. And due to delay in delivery i missed my orders. I really loos in this transaction. I must receive my goods atleast today. Other wise i move further action on this very bad service. I booked a prcel before 10days back from banashankri banglore to shahapur stil i didnt get the parcel as asking to vrl office shahapur they are stil saying not deleverid ple replyng me as stil it is at raichur bellari like that they are saying me so ple.. Take a serious action on him and resolve my complaint as much as early

Rash driving..

Today we faced vrl logistics rash driving.
Vehicle no.
Ka25 c9186 named basu.. He is driving rash and when asked he used wrong lugauages and when we suugest this is not right he behave like he is a owner of the road and vrl.
We are very appreciate your services and cooperation but this type driver are not added any thinks they will represent you and your services
Please give us the right suggestions and guarantee to this type problem will not face anybody in anywhere from vrl.

Respected sir,
Refund requested for lr number [protected]. Booked date 14.09.2018 in surat ring road at 15;07 pm to chennai tpt delivery to door. But we are recived 29.09.2018 at 18.30pm they are delayed wrong direction by vrl tpt people and we are track our lr in brodway redirect to t. Nagar branch on 28.9.2018 after request 29.09.2018 t. Nagar branch staff saying from moring no vechile to deliver. Someone given the phone number [protected] we are spoke with them then only there with extra charges rs 98.00 (Cr number [protected] dated 29.09.2018) delivered at 18.30 pm in our place. 14.09.2018 surat to chennai only two days we will take normal delivery. But this lr 13 days delay wrong directed by vrl people and more charges. Actually this charges correct or not this we are execpeting your correct judgement.

Same we are booked lr number [protected] dated 18.09.2018 at 17.43 pm at surat ring road to chennai tpt door its recived on 22.09.2018 it had came automatically within 3 days but we are paid only the bill amount rs 2072/= this lr without extra charges how will came to my place.

You see different frist and second lr booked and delivery date. 1. Who responce for this 13 days delay and extra charges. We are not to pay extra charges no mistake our side mistake is vrl staff you take action against them. Suppose your not taken action against the staff. Same probelm facing the some other people they will thought vrl company is charging like this 2. Please refund our extra charges to me my ph no [protected] with whatapps i will give full eviendence.

Your puting lr on booking some amount for entire transcation after that delivery they are billing extra charges that is correct or not asper your company condtion. Please reply as soon as possible my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com

Dear sir,

The materials are booked by our supplier ADM meters, vide L..no:[protected] dated 02.08.2018 in 3 CB.

And the same was collected by us on 18.08.2018 of the same date when your person confirmed it reached here.

At the time of pick up your bill was made in one area and materials was kept in two different places.

And we have shocked that our Cb are damaged fully and materials are kept in open as photos enclosed.

Now we found

1 " brass ballvalve they booked - 100 nos we received only 95 nos

1-1\2" brass ballvalve they booked - 50 nos we received only 48 nos

The missing material value is 2372/-

Sir i have booked 7 article from AHMEDABAD VRL RAKHIYAL BRANCH TO BSNL JAYANGARA BANGALORE on 13th of sep 2018, but today i e 18/9/18 the person who borught door delivery articles was only 6 articles out of 7 booked, straight away i rejected and sent back at

this is second time that article was missing from your end, i thought VRL is a good orgnization as heard but i was wrong your service becoming worst

Sir i have ordered paper bundles from hubbali karnataka to malegaon jahangir through akola nd like last time i received my paper bundles in distorted not even one bundle was stitched nd 3 bundle half sheets was folded it cost about 5 rs per sheet so half a bundle into 70 equals my 350 rs per bundle loss nd that is with all 4 bundle among 8 my

Vrl-opera house., mumbai-400004 booking team due to behaviour is so bad, and thereafter returned our material without booking, we have booking for our all india bade customers from last 16-17 year's, so please provide you high level managment e-mail id & contact person,

Dear sir,
We had sent stocks to vrl travels nt pet branch bangalore. One of your booking incharge person names mr shiviah had refused to book the parcel saying the gst no was wrong. When we asked him to give gst no he answered us in wrong way saying take back your stocks and made our delivery boy wait for more than 1hr to give gst no.
Kindly please see that shiviah does not make these kind of problems further
