I m a textile base trader in Coimbatore my supplier had booked a parcel from hiriyur to Coimbatore on 21-6-18 for which the lr no is [protected]
After so many enquiries in Coimbatore and bangalore I still have not got the parcel neither the exact location of the transit goods I need the goods as soon as possible

I have travelled Mumbai to belgaum 25-May-2018 vehical number - KA25 C8869. This bus driver was arrogant, misbehaving with most of the passangers . as I have observed and ask to switch on the TV, which he said goto sleep, TV is not working. and started telling me who asked book in VRL bus. VRL is not good. I really disturbed.

This is too petetic experience I had. I would request you to take appropriate action on this.

On 3rd july 2018, we went to take the delivery of 3 tons material with a cheque of rs 22946, as per the lr copy to dhulagarh office of vrl logistics.
After we reached the place for the delivery, they started asking for rs. 450 extra in cash. They said we will not load the material without the money and they will not even give us any bill for that.
No such money was mentioned in the lr copy.
The person denied to tell his name, instead he gave the contact number of his senior (As claimed by him) mr. Biswanath-[protected]. When we tried to call him, he did not pick up the call.
Ultimately, we paid the money and got the material.

Officials are requested to look into the matter as seriously, so that the customers don't get harassed in this way.

We are reputed machine manufacturer in ichalkaranji. We are order one material from rakhial gujrat on dod basis. But we cant inform compulsion of company stamp on take delivery. But your ichalkaranji staff was not understand the situation. Also there talking is very rud & not co-operative.

Also freight in cash only compulsion is illegal. We will submit the legal case in consumer court on all this type of service.

This group is very fraud.
They will quote you less as compare to others and at end after loading the vehicle they will charge for extra money like, insurance, gst, patrol charge etc.
I paid insurance too still i lost following item. I believe that my expensive watch of titan was stolen by their person in shifting.

Bus delayed by more than 3 hours and driver and cleaner very rude and very slow driving deliberately. Bus was scheduled to reach kharghar at 11 am but deliberately delayed by driver for more than 3 hours. Bus no. Py 01/cf 6807. Journey date : 23.06.2018. Very disappointed by vrl. Please refund full ticket amount. Please remember customer time is also important.

Dear sir, my parcel missing. It is a aerators wheels. I purchased from ardis bio solution 17.05.2018. When you load the material from hyderabad it is 98/330kg but when you deliver it in kolkata it is 87 /293. 4ps wheel is missing. Please solutions it as soon as possible. Thanks. My parcel is booke on 07/06/2018 and its more than one week still parcel is not delivered and its booked with door delivery and they chargers so high but readymade garments showroom season time its eid time but still no delivery, when i called and asked they said its in there ware house and they vil send when they vehicle in on that route, bloody ### holes its my request to all readymade garments association to never book any parcel in vrl transport .Belgaum office is the worst and uneducated staff office

Yesterday we received the delivery of material from indore in mangalore (Bunder) in that we found one 25kg bag of custard powder is opened and 5 packets has become damage (hole) it is loss for us . now a days it is common in your service either boxes will be damaged and opened or any parcel is missing even yesterday we missed 2 parcel in that one we received other is pending . Sorry to say but your service is not up to expectation . Please solve the problem at your earliest.

I gave my bike to transport from pune to hyderabad on 13th may. I paid 4140.
I received bike on 21st may with major damages. I made a call to [protected]
And discussed about damages. He told me that he will raise a complaint and will come back to me. And whenever i call him, he is trying to avoid.
I'm attaching transport bill, damage screenshots and damage claim estimates.
Bike was transported through some other vendor, pradeep cargo and shipping located in miyapur.

Please process this complaint and let me know asap.

After the confirmation of the schedule date of 7th almost 8 days from the booking for the goods to be reached we had booked with you, but now as per ur office contact person in nellore the goods wil take another 5 days to reach its almost 15 days for the pwrcdl to be reached.. My exhibition starts today and i need the goods by today, i have paid for the exhibition, it wil be a big loss for me

When i did track with the lr number, i got to know it was loaded on 4th of jun after 5 days from the date of lr.
Where as the lr generated on the same day have already delivered.
My complain is why the parcels with this lr left out behind and was not loaded?
As the receiving party is having his season and is in requirement of goods, he will have to suffer business loss and might happen that even we supplier may hav business loss. This is why i am writing this complain.

Bus no ka25/aa5178 ahmedabad to bangalore was stopped about 1.30hra after mumbai before khapoli ghat informing that there is problem in bus and another bus is coming. But after waiting for 1.30hrs bus was started saying that other bus is getting late.

So don't understand why was stopped without giving proper answer by driver.
If there is problem in bus why it was started then what is the safety. I couldn't understand what was the exact reason for stopping bus for 1.30 hrs

Really it is not a service to be given after giving the heavy amount.

A document with consignment no. Mentioned above was sent by mr s g hiremath from vijayapura on[protected]. The status of the consignment shows that it has been delivered to a person other than me being the consignee. I did not even get a call from the delivery executive at the time of it's delivery. The said document has not been delivered to me till date. Hence, is this complaint.

As my parcel r booked from indore on 23/5/18 lr no [protected] still landed in indore itself, as there is a season of business we r getting parcel delivery minimum 10 days, i have already stop parcel booking from mumbai for this issue only. Now i don't have any option form indore mp so booked in vrl logistics, same problem arising again. If i get fast delivery i would book again every parcel from vrl, hope i get ur feedback soon

The delivery is not yet given to the party saying that the stock is fully not arrived to tumkur from bangalore tpt.
This delay is highly not appreciable.
Pls check into this and revert.

This is yogesh bhor from indiana group, regarding to material delay. The reference number for my order was [protected]. I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 13/05/2018, but at present i have still not received the goods. As per on line result, it has been reached on dated 12/05/2018, but it has been stucked in pune from last two days because final destination is jejuri. As per jejuri vrl logistic team feedback, it's expected tonight but according to recent telephonic discussion, still it is not received.
We are already taking continuous follow-up with jejuri vrl logistic team because of it is very urgent for us. About urgency related is already intimated to jejuri vrl logistic team also but so far have not been getting any positive clarification about availability. Therefore, your interference is needed to resolve this matter means that can you confirm exact date of material availability at jejuri means if there is any problem regarding to jejuri location delivery, confirm accordingly.

One more thing, i requesting, try to improve in your process..

Hello sir good afternoon. I sent 2 cartoon box cashews to ahamadhabad. Lr number is [protected]. I booked at panruti 4.5.2018. Even now the goods is at bangalore. I must know the reason why my goods is stayed at bangalore? When it's reached to ahamadhabad?. Please contact me at [protected]. The very first time i got the order. So i sent sample to ahamadhabad. That party made payment already. Now he is afraid of his payment. So what can i do. Reply please immediately. I need exact reason.

Please note that i am traveling to bangalore from basavakalyan. The bus driver is driving bus very rashingly, when i told him to slow down but he is abusing me only. And also misbehaved with me, i was not expected this kind of behavior from the vrl staff. This is first time i have experienced such kind of situation. Pleaseaction on bus driver as soon as possible.
