Dear Sir, This is Manikandan.my travel id was 5637020.and my seat no was U12.actually we booked sleeper class ticket from bangalore to mumbai on 7-10-15.but your service person told that sleeper bus was cancelled and replaced by semisleeper and he told that refund will be provided.but we not yet received.we tried to call him.but he is not responding properly.please take a necessary action and refund our amount as soon as possible. Dear sir, our consignment no. LR NO.[protected]. Booked from Gwalior to Bangalore, Jigani. Booking date :[protected]. after that loaded from Indore TPT on[protected] .vehicle no. KA25/B8327 . after that we cant foind the data. still we are not received the material.

Every weekend I travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad and back and most of the times I take VRL travels bus. The same way I was to travel by VRL travels from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 10th July, 2015. My Tr No. 4996784. The boarding point at the time of booking was Indiranagar and the bus was supposed to reach at 9.30 pm. At 9.12 pm I called up the contact number given in the text message that I have received to check the exact address of the boarding point. There was no reply so, as I have boarded the bus on earlier occasions at Indian Oil Petrol bunk I went to the same boarding point on time and waited there till 10.00 pm. When the bus didnt turn up and I went to their website and called their customer care which is in Hubli. They kept in on hold for few minutes and told me that the bus already left this point and gave me Anandrao Circle, Bangalore, contact number. I called them up immediately and I was told that the bus already left that point also and that there is no way I can catch the bus and that they are helpless. The exact boarding address was not mentioned at the time of booking and also in the text message I have received. It was just mentioned as Indiranagar. How should we know where the bus would stop. I was told that the bus came to RTO office in Indiranagar at 9.45 am and 7 others boarded the bus. I agree that I called at 10 but I waited there till that time as usually buses come late and it rained also that night. So I thought it that it is getting delayed. And people wait at the bus stop to board buses from different travels how should I know which bus they are boarding. You can see my track record from the bookings I made from your website, I have never missed the bus. Moreover we get the drivers mobile number for the buses coming from Hyderabad why is it not practised here? Don't tell me that the drivers are not supposed to talk on the phone while driving. I have seen them all the time on the calls. For your kind information I tried calling the number given at 9:12 pm (see the screen shot of call logs) and the call failed. The last few times I boarded at Indiranagar petrol bunk on old madras road and now I believe this bus stopped at RTO office. How can this be changed without intimation to the customers. Earlier I used to check with the VRL office near Canara bank and every time they directed me to the petrol bunk so this time also I thought it would be the same place so I went straight to the regular stop. Don't tell me that the others have boarded, they might be travelling on this travels for the first time or after a long gap. For me I am taking these travels every weekend. I am very sorry to say that I had very high opinion on VRL travels and was thinking of writing good reviews and have been intact recommending this travels to my family and friends and now I have to think twice to do that. In fact when I travelled from Hyderbad to Bangalore on 10th March, I stood up to get down near Mekri circle and the driver applied sudden brakes and I fell down inside the bus and had a head injury with nine stitches. Doctors at CMH hospital wanted me to file a complaint but I didn't because I had high regard for this travels. The amount is not a small amount. It is Rs. 1500/-. I would need a refund from the travels as it is not my fault. In earlier occasions and in fact just a week before that I boarded at this point and suddenly they change the address without intimating the passengers is not done.

we booked 6 carton boxes at THENI branch on[protected] LR.NO.[protected] TO ULLASHNAGAR MUMBAI. instead of sending to ullasnagar from mumbai tpt they mistakenly sent to mumbai DO. after our demand they again forwarded to ullashnagar.
now the demand 1, 400/- RS. as penality for this mistake. we already paid all the chrges at booking point. pls. take needed steps to get the materials delivered.

Dear Sir, With the Good note I am writing this. I had been taking the delivery at our Chennai Vanagaram Office Every time they make me to wait for more than 45 - 1 hr. The Delivery person treat us as coli and his responses are very harsh. Last time It has taken mare than 2hrs and the delivery person made to run here and there for more than 2 hrs and asked me to search the item and take it if you find it is the answer given by him. We are a Export oriented Capacitor Manufacturing company in Hoskote industrial Area, Our supplier has dispatched 400 kgs of ( 16 drums of 25 kgs) vide LR No.[protected] dt.22.06.2015 from Ambernath.We verified on VRL Net tracking, & these goods have arrived on 26.06.2015 @ 11 AM.On 27.06.2015, since morning we are calling VRL hoskote branch staff for this materials, he made us to call 4-5 times through out & said material will reach on 29.06.2015.He is so arrogant, that he never replies us properly.This is not ths first time we are experiencing this, but we keep on Managing.Now time has come to make a complaint.Just now i have sent our vehicle for checking, & keeping fingers corssed, as we have kept our factory work on Sunday 28.06.2015 to use this for production.

I recd. a consignment LR No.[protected] dated 23.06.2015. Cash receipt No.19180935. I had to spend more than one hour for receiving one consignment. Totally non cooperative staff . It is his duty to search the consignment and give. He is asking me go and check in the lorry with this fellow and that fellow. These fellows are not at all working simply doing their personal work and sitting there. When I am asking him about my consignment he is not bothered about me and taking the receipt of some one who has come after me. He has to clear me first and then accept next LR receipt. Goods are to be brought to the counter and given because you are charging hamali. The staff says you collect it from there where they have thrown it. Even last time I had the same problem about 4 months back. Then I did not make an issue. If I get the LR No. of the old consignment I shall inform you. Consignments are just thrown. If they are kept serially it is very easy to trace them. The staff is not only non cooperative but also very lazy. They are directing some Drivers or Cleaners who are not the staff but have come with goods from different places.. You must aware that since last one week every where flooding has taken place in Mumbai because of rains. Employees are not serious, Non cooperative, wasting their time as well as others and doing nothing but wasting time.Kindly look into the matter and take action against your employees. LRNO [protected] Above is the LRNO of my parcel. Parcel contains 3 bags.. I called the VRL office before leaving house and they confirmed that parcel is ready for delivery. Bill has been generated with Delivery receipt number 19233516. But, still the delivery has not been happen, 2 bags are found and 3rd one is still unloaded from luggage van. I am waiting from past 1 and a half hour. This is really disgusting experience. I shall share this with my friends over a social network and suggest them not to opt VRL logistics.

We were travelling from Dharwad to pune on 17. 05. 15 bus was break down near Nippani Tol nakha at 1.00 am we tried to raise compaint with Customer service but staff working in VRL are very arogant and hopless staff are speaking with passanger very arogant and using bad words this is second time which happens i am requesting all people who are travelling with VRL Please don't travell i am ataching passanger list with signature for ur referance the staff we r trying to speak with Mr anilkumar staff of VRL co don't know how speak with passangers people travell eventhogh they increase fair on saturday and sunday. Aaged couple were travelling to pune for daughter operation they are studying Road side till morning 5am for another bus some passangers went additional fair what is the use of such service Please don't travell by VRL i am requesting to people

Dear sir/ madam, I have sent new fridge from Bhatkal to Pune (Purchase bill and receipt copy attached), when i have received my refrigerator in Pune it was completely damaged ( Please find attached photo ) and also not working properly. I was shocked by seeing such nonsense work from VRL. It is surely from mishandling of the material, please take strict action on those persons those who has loaded and unloaded the material. The ticket price for travelling from Pune to Bijapur is almost doubled on this week, it happens during festival seasons and during long weekends. If they are increasing price then they should also provide good facilities like AC BUS or AC sleeper. But here the situation is different the same old 2+2 push back bus is provided even if we pay double the amount. If there is more demand then increase the number of buses not only price. This is the most illegal way of earning money. Providing service should be the motive of a good company not just sucking ppl's blood.
