I am unable to get any update on LR-[protected]. It seems material have reached at Surat TPT but they are unable to dispatch from their end. The material are medicines which need to be delivered ASAP.
If any damage happens to material the damage to be bear by VRL.
I need immediate action and update on the same.

we Farmsons Agri Solutions a company dealing with Agro Inputs, We supply goods from sinner Nashik, Maharashtra to Tamil Nadu state.

we have booked 121 packages through VRL logistics on date of[protected] as a door delivery to Madurai TN. But unfortunately due to not proper handling of material we received more then 10 packages in damage condition in that some material inside (bottles) also were licked too.

We hereby request you to refund our transport charges and material cost for the same..

We have boarded the bus KA25C9559 from Bangalore to Mahalingapur. The initial pickup vehicle from Vijaynagar was delayed by 30 mins. We reached the actual destination by 30 mins delayed. The bus which we wanted to board was parked 5 mins ahead of the actual area. We boarded the bus by walk. There was another pickup vehicle passenger who not yet arrived so I have requested the bus co driver that I will go down for 2 mins to bring food. He started talking like you have to get ready with everything before boarding the bus. Then he started saying like if you go down, we will leave you here only and go. Even after informing him that will be back soon, he was not at all in the mood to listen. I had a baby, and she wanted some food. As still much time was there for other passenger to come, I planned to get down for 2 mins. I said I am informing you and getting down then he says I can't remember the persons if single person also gets down.
We are really very upset for his behavior and our journey turned out to be a sad journey.
He says his name with loader voice and says you go and complaint wherever you want.

Hope we will get some justice here.

Sir our parcel left from banglore on 20th April to reach ambernath it tak 4 working days but still no update ones our banglore office call they said parcel not getting scan and 24th they said now we will send in 4-5 days, after that parcel com to Pune around 25th 6 pm, then again no tracking after that it's in Pune when we call ambernath branch it's urgent then they say 7 pm is slpging time now call in morning, i[censored] people can't call also internal branch n ask y that parel take 2&3 days in one place and after we track it will move from one place to another what services you will gav then everytime

We booked a material from your Sankrail Depot on 3rd February, 2023, for Guwahati vide LR no. [protected]. We had spoked to the booking office for door delivery of the material at Guwahati. While booking we were told that we can have door delivery of the material once it is delivered in Guwahati, as they are not able to confirm the door delivery from the booking office in Kolkata.
The material was booked and shipped. We checked the status of the material from the Guwahati office on around 10th February. It was communicated to us that the vehicle in which the material was shipped had an accident; hence, it will take some additional time for transit.
VRL never informed us of the receipt of material in Guwahati. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we checked with the company around 25th February about the ware-bouts of our material, and it was confirmed that the material had reached the Guwahati depot.
We then sent a person with a cheque of Rs. 7967 towards the freight on the 27th or 28th of February, 2023. To our utmost surprise, the team of VRL in Guwahati had said that they don't accept cheques for freight, and the amount has to be paid by RTGS/NEFT. We had arranged for a vehicle to pick up the material when we sent the cheque.
For ten days, the signatories of Tirupati Aluminium were not present in Guwahati, and hence the amount couldn't be paid in the RTGS form. We then sent an RTGS of the requisite amount of Rs. 7, 967 to the company on 13th March 2023 and requested the company to deliver the material at our warehouse for door delivery. The company people denied that door delivery couldn't be availed now as it was availed for at the time of booking. We then requested them to send the material to the newly opened Gouripur depot. The company people accepted our request and said that we will ship it to the warehouse for a nominal charge. We have been waiting for the delivery for the last 45 days as they have repeatedly been saying that they don't have a vehicle of 20-30 feet long for movement between the two warehouses, and whenever a vehicle arrives which can take this material, they shall ship it. Meanwhile, we have visited the Gouripur depot of VRL 3-4 times. Finally, on 25th April 2023, after repeated follow-ups and over 50-75 calls later, the material arrived, but to our shock, the company levied a storage charge of around 28000.
We are totally against the storage charge as we had been waiting patiently for our material despite our fabrication team returning it because of the unavailability of the material, which we had shipped from a reputable national carrier like VRL. We had trusted the people and the team of VRL at the various locations and assumed to be working towards the client's best interest, but we are compelled to think this was a money-making trick in the name of storage charges. Instead, we should be levying an order for the delivery delay and service deficiency. We had twice visited the Gouripur depot with our vehicle including our hydra for picking up the material including 25th April, 2023.

Materials are booked from Delhi to Barora, Dashrath in VR Logistic.

When I received the Materials and checked, one of the components is damaged and it is Imported and also costly which is not easily available and need to Import.

As discussed with the vendor, they have sent the materials in good condition without damage, but this was happened due to the mis handling and there is also marking about the side and Fragile.

We have booked our consignment from ranigunj Hyderabad to Bargarh orissa which contains 3 items, 1 main gunny bag which contains fittings was missing, it's been 50 days upto now there is no proper response from vrl. Because of their mistake our workers are idle at workplace and we are getting 20k loss per day. Please find the solution asap.

I have booked consignment from Tiptur to Garhwa, jharkhand Pin code 822128 where i have clearly mentioned delivery address in invoice copy. But after getting LR copy I saw the destination place is Vanarasi local TPT. Today morning I got two phone call from two different no as they told me they are calling from VRL Tiptur

They told me there is wrongly mentioned destination point. To correct the LR no [protected] you have to pay Rs.4757/- as freight amount for which we will move your consignment to mentioned address. I told them you send me mail from your registered mail id to me. They dropped a mail and on which I paid Rs.4757/-. Through scanner code of VRL LOGISTIC. After some min they told me due to slow server they are not getting transaction id. They claimed they returned my amount and asked me to directly pay to their company account. They sent a screenshot of returned amount Rs.4757/- from South India bank, which still has not been credited to my account. They gave me VRL LOGISTICS LTD, Bank details and forced me to send Rs.4757/- Amount. I paid above amount. They told me they received my amount and told me that they will send me updated LR No. But still now i have not received any LR copy or message or my returned amount.
I have all supporting documents. Plz check from your end and revert me.

We couriered a mango crate from Pune to Bangalore on 14th April 2023.

The consignment was for a total of 48 pieces of mangoes, however, while we were collecting the same from VRL Bangalore Gandhinagar office, it was noted that some one mishandled the crate. The same was brought to the attention of the Bangalore Delivery Office Manager. However, he just checked the weight of the crate and ensured that it was not tampered with. However, when we reached home and checked the crate, we found 4 pieces of Mangoes were missing.

I have attached the snapshot of the mangoes after we opened the box.
I want to lodge the complaint against this, as when called with the Bangalore and Pune office Manager, both denying the tampering of the crate. And if it's not the Bangalore or Pune office, then for sure its the driver or assistant, who has tampered with the crate.
May I know any suitable channels to raise this issue before I put it in Social Media Platforms like Instagram, Facebook or Twitter?
It will be very helpful if you guys can direct me to some higher authority. This happened twice now.. Last year the same thing happened, when there were 3 mangoes missing.

We had booked 29 boxes from Ranebennur to Tumkur wide LR no: [protected] on 06.04.2023.
Our customer has received only 28 boxes.

Kindly deliver one short box on an urgent basis.

When i am in person visiting vrl logistics iti circle circle nashik branch, still it is asked to share the xerox copy of my aadhar card. I m in person visiting and also showing my original aadhar card and also ready to share the soft copy of it but still the person sitting in there is not ready for it.
Not able to understand why only hard copy is needed. The office is so inside midc that no xerox outlet is nearby. Almost 5.7 kms we need to go for xerox xopy.

More than 8 shipments have not been delivered and this information has not been bought to our notice for over 2 months and now when we are asking the status of the shipments they are telling us to pay the demurrage charges.

also who will bear the loss of the sale of the shipment that was to be delivered
