We have purchased cloth from panna textile mills, balotra. Rajasthan. (Invoice no. Gst/786 dtd 27.07.19) we have booked to your transport at amalapuram branch. We paid pass charges and get to ready the delivery, that time our person get some doubt on material and checking the material bundle, in that material few rolls was damaged by oil. Remaining material (Rolls) we getting. We have get shortage certificate from your agent and given to material damage details your amalapuram agent. Kindly give to loss claim amount for damaged material as soon as possible
