[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Delay in delivery also demanding more money after paid bilty

Dear VRL

I am very disappoint from your service . VRL is the Brand in logistics company customer can blindly trust VRL. But now a days its become a Headache for the customer. I had booked to Consignment from DELHI MUNDKA VRL TO RANCHI & BOKARO JH. Both consignment booked for door delivery & all payment done in advance after that Both VRL Branches Hold my Consignment for 10 days. In Ranchi their no any reason for holding my consignment & in bokaro they are they got my short consignment & waiting for my last carton to arrive then they deliver it. After receiving my last cartoon they start demanding extra 1300 rupees to deliver my consignment otherwise they will not deliver it.

Is this the way of doing business why should i pay extra money if i already paid all amount mention in bilty. I want my consignment deliver i will sue VRL against this .

VRL Logistics / VRL Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir,
LR NO.[protected] Ranchi-We contacted to with our executive due to godown jamed festival season and non available of vehicle so it is deliverd om 22/09/22.Then contacted to our Bokaro executive the said material delivery point 40km away from delivery office so our booking time they charged less door delivery charges so the collect difference door delivery charges as per our company norms.
