Delivery Delayed LR No.[protected] Shipment booked from GREATER NOIDA (U.P.) to PERUNDURAI We had dispatch the goods on 28.06.21 and not yet delivered from past 9 days, Lot of pressure from customer to raise penalty. As per Tracking on your website material is at Salem Tpt form 03.07.21. Customer had sent their person to collect the material, but As VRL Salem No material is available. We are getting the exact information from your side that where the material is actually located and when it will be delivered to customer.
