We have booked a parcel from chennai to gujarat (Mangrol) the booked and taken a parcel after two days informing that that there is no service in mangrol having searvice at jetpur only. Then we ask to do door delivery and thay said charges are 4800/- we continuoulsy calling our vrl marketing manager he is not picking calls. And today we paid to pay charges and door delivery charges and ask him to pay demurrage charges vrl services are too bad.
