[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Miscellaneous scam

Parcel was fully paid at start point but still charging "miscellaneous" at the destination. This is nothing but a scam. Please top management look into the matter.

Please note that apart from freight charges, at delivery point we are charging other charges like loading/unloading hamali, stacking etc., in handling the consignments which are quite reasonable.
