[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Online toll free number fraud

We were tracking our consignment LRno.[protected] which showed reached salem on 20th but till 22nd was not despatched to coimbatore. So we tried to contact salem office as per Google search. Since no response from the provided number we tried another number written tollfree [protected] which was given in comments.He responded immediately introducing himself as VRL staff and inquired all the details. Then after sometime he called back and informed us to pay the bill amount of 960 to his account and will deliver the consignment immediately. We did the same but after the money transfer he never picks our call. We then again checked the Google and found that the tollfree number has been changed and new number displayed was [protected]. He also introduced himself as VRL staff and denied to help in finding the old number person details. Why the number is changed, who changed, what's the relationship between VRL and that fraudsters. Please help to find that fraud person to bring back my money and to avoid same kind of fraud from others on naming your company. Regards
