VRL Logistics / VRL Group — regarding unnecessary miscellaneous charges on courier

I have been using vrl transport from last few years for my material from mumbai, telangana and combaitore.
And each time miscilinious charges they are adding on is increasing to great extent.
No set up rules and regulation.
One of the worst transporation group.
However their bilty charges may be fixed but fixed at very high price.
If there is any regulation for this.
It should be checked and regulated.
