I did booked a shipment from Kolkata to DINDIGUL VRL. LR NO: [protected]. Shipment cc not attach, because customer Amount Rs.11, 000 is due. But system showing shipment delivered. Many times I have called and mailed to your customer care. 10 days have passed but no solution has been found from you. Customer amount is due Rs, 11, 000.00. so, we didn't attach Red copy. Now customer isn't paying the due Amount. How do we get the payment? Now who will give me my material Amount ? Please give me my material amount Rs. 11, 000.00 in my account, otherwise return my shipment in my booking branch KOLKATA BELIAGHATA (CLTBGA) VRL. And then got information about the dispatch of goods thro VRL. I have so far paid the following payment to Krishitool to the tune of Rs. 10960/- out of Rs. 11000/- as per Invoice No : 317 dt 02.01.2021 18th Jan 2021 - thro SBI a/c No. [protected] in the name of M/s Krishi Tool Rs. 2760/- Ist Feb 2021 -thro SBI Ac No. [protected] in the name of M/s Krishi Tool Rs. 8200/- Besides, I am cheated / disappointed by the Krishitool being non dispatch of 26MM brush cutter machine whose cost also not refunded. Now, his is threatening to you and also he is not sending the original consignee copy.
