we have been booking parcels from agra to vijayawada regularly with no of parcels on every time. for example

Total Charges while booing at agra : Rs.2104
total charge while delivery at vijayawada : Rs.2150 ( we taken On Autonagar only not even in Pantakaluva road branch)
unoffical hamali charges : Rs.150
2. [protected]
bill amount : Rs.1822
bill paid at vijayawada : Rs.2100/-
unoffical hamali : 50/-

i dont know is these charges are mandatory or not mandatroy
money taking extra with out bill is not tolarated hamali charges included in your bill if not enough u have to increase that charges in bill why these guys are asking for hand money with my boys are searched for goods they not even looking where the goods are
resepected sir we are not blaming your company we just need good servi e with respect we are paying amount to you wright we are not beggers
whichever charges u take take it we dont mind we will pay u that but bill for everything is madandatory thats what we requesting
