We used movers and packers services for transferring items from Bangalore to Mumbai. On receiving the package, the service provider had opened the packed cartons and stole the valuable items from the same. Remaining items were either broken or in very bad condition. On repeated follow ups, they sent some missing items one month later, still lot of items are missing. When we spoke to the owner of the firm (Mr Mukesh) complaining about the issue, he spoke in very abusive language " tumhe mein bheekh mangne laayak ni rakhonga agar tum logo ke complain kare police mein".
