Fraud alert🚨 They will quote you very less and once your goods are been received, they will start the fraud, the amount will be doubled and they will start forcing funds over you. Even i[censored] cancel the the package they will not refund the money u have paid at the time of packaging. Tota fraud company. Guys be aware from this firm +91 [protected], fraud alert🚨 I am filling a case of fraud in consumer forum, you can buzz me in case you also have been scammed by them.

I have booked VRL Cargo movers and Packers for Shifting my house .
for 28th april 10 AM. The booking and confirmation done prior 2 days.
But on the day of shifting they told they will reach till 12.30 pm. Then they told 2.30 pm After that they told they will come next day.

The manager didnt picked the call also .

I booked to transport my bike from chennai to Mumbai they told it was 3500 advance booking amount is 2000 I have paid, they told they will pick the bike from location but never did when cancelled they didn’t return the advance amount, looks like online fraud

Paid advance payment of Rs.3000/- to VRL. Driver confirmed payment. But tranfer of goods did not happen as planned and deal was cancelled. Now I am not getting refund from VRL. Website and contact people look fraud.
Please help.

I was shifting from Hyderabad to Durg Chhattisgarh. To move my two wheeler and other household items, I was searching for Packers and Movers. I got the contacts of few packers and movers through movecarbike.in. After talking to few packers and movers, I decided to go with VRL Relocation Packers and Movers, as they provided the cheapest quotation of 5000. On repeatedly asking, they mentioned that this was the final price and no extra charges. They picked my items on 25 July night and told to pay the full amount after packaging. I paid the full 5000 next day. After two hours of payment, they called me to say the final invoice is 8320 after adding all sorts of charges which was not informed before. I asked him to return my items and He said that it has already started from Hyderabad. After repeated arguments and them using harsh tone and language, I decided to go to the Uppal PS. He used the same tone with the police folks and asked them to ask me to transfer extra 2000 and then he will give tracking number. I told the police that he is simply bluffing, but police asked me to give 2000 to him. I had given 7000, all my items (including scooty), and still didn't receive tracking number. He gave all sorts of excuses to the police. The police then found that he had many fraud cases like this against him. Another packers and movers found by police gave us these details. The new packers asked this fraud guy to kindly tell the truth. He said that the items are lying in some remote godown and failed to give complete address. After repeated calls the next day, he gave all the items to the other packers and movers and just left without returning any money.

Date of incident: 7-4-2022.
I received a quotation on 2-4-2022 for 3 box o[censored]tensil and 1 Vespa Scotty of 3400/- as a final quote which includes all charges like labour charges, transportation etc. Ph no: [protected]
also cross-verified if there is any additional charges; they said no additional charges and booked with a token amount of 1000/-. Pick up date was scheduled on 6-4-2022.
I have called concern person for changes of item; we have included 3 Boxes extra and removed Scotty from the list. and opted for insurance. he said their is no changes in charges. and paid balance 3000/- after pick up as requested by same person of contact. he said to hold 400/- to pay it after unloading.
On 7-4-2022 i got a Bill from a person ph: [protected] quoting around 9615/- for packages sent [ 5 Boxes and 3 gunny bags] and says each item cost 1000/- Note: 2 gunny bags we provided] and says package cost is higher thats why cost is high.
I mean scotty is heavy than those 3 gunny bags and they charged us around 9615/- which is not fair.
Now am willing to pay my quotation amt along with insurance amt and extra 3 bags cost which is costing around 5700/- to 6000/-.
Now my packages are stuck with ur logistic team. If am calling them no one is picking up the call they saying pay the money or no one is going to respond.

They are number 1 fraud and cheaters. Your billing amount will be 100% more than quotation amount.

Dont believe their delivery time. its completely false.

Number 1 fraud company. they dont respect customer. they take things and then demand the bill amount which is 100% more than quotation amount. If you ask to return your things then will say you've collect it.

Its not good company to move your things.

Transportation from Chennai to Coimbatore. All goods were damaged, including glass items, furniture, sewing machine. Clothes were missing. TV Dish was bent. Computer missing. Even plastic drums were squished. Drunken movers with irresponsible packaging. Delivery delayed by three days. Irresponsible management. No value for money and time.

Vrl relocation packers and mover is a fraud company. Mr. Mukesh the branch manager chennai fools and traps the customers. I booked a bike shifting from chennai to aurangabad bihar. They charged me rs 5500/-. Mukesh promised bike will be delivered within 7 days. But he kept my bike for 4 days without any movement. When i called to know the status of the bike mukesh the branch manager told one bike can't be shipped alone and he is waiting for other bikes to be shipped to the same area. Since it was urgent i requested to cancel the booking and returned the bike but he refused. He told any how bike will be shipped to patna bihar branch office. Some one will unpacked my bike and then by driving they will deliver to aurangabad bihar which is 173 km away. I asked why bike packaging will be opened without my permission? Why it was not conveyed before to me? Mukesh didn't reply and disconnected the call. After huge struggle i managed to get the bike returned. But they have not refunded the amount rs 5500/. Mukesh is not picking the call neither cashier whose number listed on the bill receipt is picking the call. No one from the company is responding and helping. I have attached the bill receipt for your verification. Plz look into this issue.

We hired vrl relocation (http://www.vrlrelocation.com) transportation for total 14 items from chennai to hyderabad on 6th july 2018. 8 th july we recieved total of 13 items and one item onida led tv 24 inch is missing (Worth 14, 500 only). If we aske vrl, they said tv is old. We will give less amount and again told as per insurance policy will give.

I received less amount only. (48%)

Mr. Mukesh (Branch manager_chennai) is doing fraud. Every time telling lies.
Be awer this type packers and movers.

I doubt my tv missed or this people only taken.
This is still question mark???

We believed you and your team.
But you people missed our tv.
While moving chennai to hyderabad.

I don't know where is our tv and how lossed your team.

Its your responsibility and risks.
But your side no proper replay.
Already 1 month went. But your side no proper replay. And your team also speaking unprofessional.

You should give our tv or give full amount. (I pay insurance amount also).

But you are telling no insurance company. Your company only give money. Then why you asking insurance money

I need your insurance policy, insurance company name and claim details.

Less amount not acceptable.

Kindly don't do fraud with customers.

I need full amount today by eod.

If today not settled this issue,
I will go leagaly and complaints for the fraud & customer harassment.

I thought it is a vrl group (Vijayanand roadlines pvt ltd). But this is local vrl.

Fully unprofessional company.

I am working in a bank, and during my transfer from hyderabad to kolkata, i have used this service for my baggae transfer. However, due to careless transfer of this transport service, many of glass items including one coffee table, 5-6 glass photo frames, one microwave pan has been broken. Also, i missed one big red colour trolley, which they have not even delivered. As i was in a hectic schedule, i dint find time properly to recheck all the items and made the total payment. After that, i was trying to connect everyone, but no-one is replying nicely.

So, please lodge a complaint for my missing bag.

We used movers and packers services for transferring items from Bangalore to Mumbai. On receiving the package, the service provider had opened the packed cartons and stole the valuable items from the same. Remaining items were either broken or in very bad condition. On repeated follow ups, they sent some missing items one month later, still lot of items are missing. When we spoke to the owner of the firm (Mr Mukesh) complaining about the issue, he spoke in very abusive language " tumhe mein bheekh mangne laayak ni rakhonga agar tum logo ke complain kare police mein". I relocated from Chennai to Delhi and got my house hold goods on 29 June 2015 using VRL relocation Packers and Movers. In transit many of my expensive furniture items were damaged. I was assured that I will get my claim within a month. Now its been more than 2 months and there is no response from their side. I even sent 4 mails and calls several times. There is no response from mails and no concrete answer about claim over phone. I got insurance done for about 3 Lacs worth of items, many of my furniture items are badly damaged. 1. two ACs are damaged due to mis-handling of cable folded wrong way. Need technical repair. 2. queen size tempurepedic Mattress got torn from two places with a deep hole in the middle. 3. Washing Machine damaged due to jerks and mishandling. 4. Small bed ply is damaged 5. King (big) bed head board scratched 6. Bookshelf scratched, 7. Study table-scratch 8. Decorative piece broken 9. Photo frames broken 10. Wet grinder broken 11. Dishwasher stand broken 12. Pedestrian Fan broken. 13. Step up plastic stool broken 14. Kitchen VRL packing boxes were open and many steel plates were totally damaged. Packaging boxes were broken so the mover here put Aggrawal movers packaging tape. Things were in a very bad condition.
