Dear Sir,

My mother started traveling from Bangalore to Gulbarga yesterday night with BUS No KA 25 C 0807. I am waiting bus at the last stop jewargi cross. Bus was not stopped at last point even i made signal my hand stop the bus and moving towards bidar. I fallowed bus around 3 kms and then stopped. I asked driver why u have not stopped bus at last stop. He is telling we made announcement. But old age persons like my mother she 62 yrs old. How they come to know. So please take action on driver and in future pl stop bus at last point for at least 1 mins. Free to call @[protected]

      TR No. 19208552. Bus No. KA25C9570
      Ticket from Tumkur to Dharwad. On[protected]. Bus breakdown at VRL canteen near Tumkur. We had to wait for around 4 hours in the mid night. And had plans of family trip in the morning of[protected] that affected because of the inconvenience caused by the VRL. I want refund of ticket cost soon as possible.

          I'm traveling to Belgaum from Bengaluru in the bus number 9565. We asked to open dicci in order to keep our luggage. He started telling at is and finally he made is to keep the luggage at a untidy place and also hasn't given us any token. Please make sure that this is solved at the earliest and we feel safe during our travel.

            Bus number is KA25D4797, todays journey[protected], I am requesting driver from past 30 min for toilet emergency, and your driver is rudely telling that he will stop directly in the morning, thank you for the great service 🙏🙏

                  Today (11/12/2020) my wife Mrs. Asma Salim is travelling from Pune to Bangalore along with two kids, but bus driver (KA25 -D4223) of this travels is asking that he will add one more passanger on already reserved two seats near to Kolhapur. How can he add another passangee on already reserved seat?? Is there any security with ladies with two kids travelling in VRL travells??

                  Please take necessary action on this kind of deivers who dont know how to talk with ladies to earn money by disturbing passangers. If any issue happens we will take legal action against him.

                  Please acknowledge and do the needful.

                        We have dispatched Material against LR no[protected], CC not attached and we still have Consignee copy with us and the VRL Ernakulam Palarivattam branch has delivered the material to consignee without consignee copy. We have to collect payment from the party and the material was already delivered by the ernakulam branch.

                        We have not received the payment and now the VRL is responsible for our payments.

                        I am VRL Customer more than 7 years and now we will not dispatch any material from VRL as you are providing material "WITHOUT CONSIGNEE COPY" and due this have to bear huge losses of payments in future

                        Reply received by your ernakulam manager Mr. Govind Ramdas Bhat VRL can deliver material to party without consignee copy to customer as per new VRL Circular. Kindly send me circular copy.

                        I am also requesting the customer care and the head office to look into the matter. As this is not a satisfactory reply that material can be given without CC copy.

                        I still have Consignee copy.

                          I had a very bad experience about the management and service as they have online website for bookings but it has no value and they ask to take seat as per they convenient which is not a good service for the customers and online bookings has no confirmation for these company and there superiors are very strange as if they r giving free service customers Pls take care of yourself it is not trustworthy of this travels

                            Hello everyone,

                            I just wanted to aware you all about VRL poor services. Or I would rather say really bad services. I have transported my belongings to my home town (Karnal)and car and some other things to Ranchi on 10th september 2020. Firstly I received my belongings very late in karnal after so many follow ups and even after that it was all damaged.
                            And regarding my car, I paid them extra so that they should carry it in tempo but they used my car and were driving it on the road. And one day they just called me that mam your car met with an accident. That was too in last month.
                            For no reason the accident took place in Agra. I mean Agra is no way in the route from Pune to Ranchi and they damaged ky car like anything. From the past one month my car is in the Agra only. The number of my car is MH02CP3087. They have stopped responding to my calls, messages. I have all the bills with me. PFB the pics of my car as well.

                            So, I would request never to use VRL services from a person name Parveen ever in your life. And if possible please guide me how to claim my damage from them.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am traveling from Gangavathi (Karnataka) to Bangalore. But bus driver behaviour is very arrogant. He's way of speaking is very bad. Actually my seat no. Was L31 and by mistake I slept in U31. And U31 was empty that seat was not booked by anyone. But suddenly bus driver came and he started shouting on me. I told him sir if anyone will come. I will vacate this seat. But he haven't listened to me. My concerned is that please change your driver. If you want your customers should satisfied with your service. Or else in my whole life I will nere used to travel by VRL Bus.

                                As I have caught fever, I wanted to cancel my ticket, prior 4 hrs, I had booked ticket to Bidar from Bangalore with ticket number: TPB73744002, THESE people are not allowing me to cancel, saying you won't have option before 4 hrs, if you want to cancel before that you have to visit office, I don't think they have sense of situation, it's pendamic and they are forcing us to travel, even we are sick,

                                  I have booked a parcel with consignment no [protected] from jodhpur the bill was amounted to rs. 437 while booking the goods.
                                  But while taking the delivery at raichur the raichur people have charged some miscellaneous charges of rs. 25 and hamali of rs. 6. Hamali is okay but what is miscellaneous charges rs. 25/- no justification

                                      As i am a passenger of seat no - u4, travelling from gulbarga to bangaluru which has bording on 6-9-2020 at 9pm vrl travels journey bus number is ka[protected]. At around 12:20am on 7-9-2020 due to rash driving and applying sudden break on bus my laptop bag fell down by which my laptop hardware and screen got damaged and as i am going for my work i need my laptop to be fixed by vrl travels consumer support, i hope vrl travels not let down it's support to passenger complaint... For more details you can refer your cctv footage of the respective vrl travels bus (Bus number is mentioned above)...

                                        I have booked a only sleeper bus but bus contain sitter and sleeper I booked it for girl for her safety I booked a sleeper bus before booking it shows only sleeper but when bus arrives it's sitter highly dissatisfied with yours service no safety for girls
