How can i journey in today night lot of cockroch my seat no 19 bus no ka25 aa5266 date 9/9/19. Already virel fever problem. I am already informed 2 driver in bus but no response. Say i don't know complaint it. Very disappointed today night my journey. 🙏 already tension viral fever problems. My no [protected] name sg mahaveer.
Light off otherwise i am sending photos
I was traveling from Bangalore to Belgaum bus number KA25AA6079 on 6/SEP/2019 I payed 600rs for that ticket online booking and the person next to me payed only 250 RS to driver this is very unfair . I want strong action should be taken against that Driver .
Bus was overloaded at Ahmedabad Gujarat office but bus operators niglect that which leads to breakdown suspension. Bus has been stopped at Mumbai road 50km from surat.

Bus driver call to office and arrange bus from Ahmedabad which is 300km approx way.

For all these all passengers were waiting for 5hr waste of time.

    Your staff is not cooperative with single lady traveling with kid and lot of luggage since our pick up point was ainapur athani in between i mistook for other bus... Pick up bus driver and conductor were so rude and arrogant and if they are doing favor on us... They are not ok if two minutes difference also... They will ask you to follow them for 10km distance..

    Plzz people don't book vrl and no use of complaint they could solve only three problems out of 300.. Right now i m in pickup bus but they showed me hell... They don't have decency and respect for especially ladies who are traveling alone... (Ph) [protected] abhishek... Umesh[protected]... Ohh god these people they just showed me hell in half an hour...     I have booked bus from Satara to Bangalore. Scheduled time is 11.00 pm. It is now 1.25 in the morning. I am waiting on the road, in the rain, with my wife. No customer care number is useful. Number of bus operator is not being answered even after repeated calls. This people are extremely careless about safety and time of their customers.
    We have booked our tickets from Goa to Pune, ticket no isTNA[protected] L-15 and 16. But while boarding we are asked to go to seat no 27 and 28 which are the last seat. And seat no L-15 and L-16 given to someone else. Worstest service ever. Need refund.

      I have booked the vrl from gokarna to bangalore, dropping point is born babies jayanagar 9th block, when i asked driver to give the drop point he responds angrly and sarcastically. When the dropping point is mentioned in the redbus.com why the driver has to behave like this. Which is disappointed a lot! Still he has given the drop to the mentioned location.
      Driver behavior with passanger is not acceptable. That driver is from honnavar please do take the complaint. Vehicle number is 4794
      My journey on 7/9/19 from Hyderabad to Hubli sleeper, seat no L21
      My seat stinking o[censored]rine and full of mosquitoes. Very bad experience with velcro.

        On my way to mumbai from hospet today ie 17th august 2019, first of all it took 6 hrs to reach dharward and they stopped one restaurant called kamath for dinner.. Nearly 100 customers are there on the table and hardly 2 waiter is there to serve. Not at all hygiene and food was too cold. When complained to cashier he started talking very rudely. Their rates also too high. Humble request to the vrl management to avoid these kind of restaurants.

          So this the second consecutive time i found bed bugs on my journey from bagalkot to bengaluru in my seat and it took me hours to find and kill them. I'm sleepless during most of my night journeys. And also the seats stink. It looks like there's no maintenance after a journey. And surprisingly it was not just my seat with this problem almost every seat had bed bugs in them.

            I took the bus bearing number ka 25 d1401 from hubli to mangaluru on 19 july 2019. At the time of bus reaching hubli only it had some problem with ac and inspite of that they took the passengers and midnight they stopped the vehicle in the name of repair which was not done even after an hour causing too much of trouble to all the passengers. Its too bad on ur part to not check the vehicle before starting the journey

              Vrl travels have earned lot of money from passengers now they don't bother or care about their passengers. I was travelling from ahmedabad to pune. I took bus from narol circle. I had two small luggage bags. I requested bus staff to not keep any bag on one of my bag bcoz i was carrying some fragile items. But one of the staff came and told very rudely to me that we can't keep any bag here u can take ur bag with u.
              In whole year me and our company employees travel with vrl which costs about lakhs. I am going to boycott vrl and already told my colleagues & company not to use any vrl services. Also they provide stinky & dirty used blaketshere are many better travels vendors providing really good service.
              Sidduhiremath in tiktok doing while driving it's very risky pls do action on him

                Hello team,
                This is to inform you that, my bus booking is 9pm departure from bangalore ka25d4796, on 29th june 2019 and i have requested your people to stay 5 more minutes that i stuck in traffic, but they were telling that passengers are witing in next pick up at yashwantapura bangalore, we can not wait, what rubbish words they are using,
                That means we are not a passenger??? And have not paid money??? Whether they are taking us free to drop.
                Still we have taken risk and gone there at next stop but there is no bus, they had reched 20 mints late after we are reached.

                When ever they need time they will take time like anything 30 min to 1 hr and today they does not given 5 minuts time, how selfish vrl not feeling passangers pain.

                Kindly take action against them for this type of behaviour with passangers.
                Including your staff who are sitting at office and giving wrong details and acaring people, how rubbish to hear these type of words and # reasons.

                This is happening repeatedly kindly take a action and update us. This is our hard and earn money, we can not leave like that.

                Initial we boarded KA 25D 4787, which hit height gauge near Anna's Rao circle and now the bus arranged also got break down due to air pipe leakage near gurguntapalya.

                  Pick up Bus from Bangalore to Bidar was supposed to reach Jayanagar 4 block at 7.15 pm, it got delayed by 1 hr. When called to the concerned person with phone number [protected], gives some random reason and tell me to raise complaint..When I told him dat I am a VRL customer since 15 years and never faced any problems before he says me than I would have complained numerous times in last 15 years and might have got response also.Is dis a way to talk to a costomer.Very disappointing.Phone number [protected]

                    Vrl packers and movers, my bike is not delivered on time. Delivery date is on 24 and 25th june and delivery person is rude and miss behave on call, he not ready to deliver my bike, he is giving silly reason due to heavy rain it can't be delivered. I have paid online 6037 rs. Huge amount to get my bike delivery from bangalore to pune. Delivery person said rudely, i have not given this payment to him so he will not deliver the bike...                       In the luggage counter of anand rao circle, my new Milton water bottle was stolen on 19/06/2019...and I am very disappointed your service..VRL especially but I have respect about Vijay sankeshwar... because he was UK... please resolve ... problem...kindly resolve it...I will waited for your response.
                      Please resolve and I was very disappointed and VRL Is trusted and good service but luggage counter this belief is goes out...please kindly solve the problem...

                        Respected sir,
                        When we travelled the vrl bus journey bus no. Is py01cg2373 boarding from miyapur to goa on 26/5/19 my child who is of 7 years. We are the regular customer of your travels. For goa we have have booked 10 tickets when coming to the issue of my child they said that sleeper coach no so you can adjust he said. So we did not take the ticket. But the bus cheque sir stopped and said that we should immediately take the ticket otherwise he will let the child to leave the bus. He was harassing us to pay the ticket otherwise we all 10 families to leave the bus. How can it be small children are there. We paid amount 1600 but he did not have the seat we adjusted how can it be with paying money you have not allotted the seat. They were two drivers you have to take the immediate action and give reply to us. If you all does not take the action i will say everybody that not to travel and refer to vrl travels. They were blackmailing the child small child he will not be scared if they blackmail him. We were forced to pay the amount still they did not give the receipt if we ask receipt they said to leave the 10 families from the bus. This is not the correct way for the travellers to embarrass. This was an horrible situate please take the immediate action.

                        The bus is standing anywhere for repairing and the bus is already late, ...not at time ant not a good service, ..arey we paying money for such timepass things,

                          Am travelling with the bus number of ka25c9093. The bus is absolutely in pathetic condition. Curtains cannot be pulled completely, the light in the passage will directly fall on your face willing makes you awake all time.

                          I had booked ac sleeper keeping in mind the present road conditions of pb road but the suspension of this vehicle is abnormal plenty of sound as it jumps small humps. Am writing this complaint at 2.08am because am very disappointed with your service. If you guys continue the same you can never continue to be market leaders. Will never opt for vrl nor will allow my beloved ones to travel.

                            Myself harish shetty. I had used your service from brahmavara to hyderabad on may 19 2019. Tr. No[protected], seat no-26, 27. I was not allowed to keep my luggage in the luggage section instead threatened to keep it with me, with lot of difficulty i managed to travel keeping a bag on my lap. The bus staff were using filthy language which i can't mention here. My question to vrl travels is why don't you crosscheck the behavior of your bus staff? Is this the service we expect after paying such an amount?
                            The bus which was on ankleshvar mumbai highway [GJ-18-AZ-0310] was captured overspeeding, overtaking without signaling and was creating a risk for the travellers in the bus and the drivers around them. Please take neccessary actions on the driver and if possible get speed.limiters installed in those busses.

                              My self ramesh t r and iam regularly commute in vrl travels and this time 16/05/2019 iam travelling from bangalore to udupi with ticket no tn6d11096650
                              Busno: ka25c9557 and bus driver was behaving very worstly and arrogantly while boarding and he was went some distance forward and we moved later with this experience i never choose vrl travels again, if i get feed back by punishment to this idoit then only i will look into vrl service.. Punish him by this complaint please..

                              We paid almost 1400 RS per ticket and bus was so hot that no one can even seat in the bus. It's very wrong and commendable thing, which vrl was always reliable. We seriously crticise it. If AC was not working and VRL took the ticket including AC as a service they should initiate a refund as a compansation to each passenger.

                                amount deducted ticket not booked by vrl portal

                                Self along with my spouse and disable mother aged 75, boarded the bus to our surprise the ticket was not booked, money was deducted successful and message indicated the ticket was booked.
                                But did not receive the sms or email. Since my father had expired on 28th of april. We whare taking our mother with us

                                M traveling from bangalore to mumbai, it was scheduled as wil reach by 10. 30 am to mumbai. But we r still in bus, the time now is 3.15pm. Its really a horrible experience. It will make us to think weather to book another ticket from vrl travels. Why the wrong information given to us while booking. Perhaps there is less traffic & no prob in vehicle.
                                I have boarded bus from Bangalore to guledgudda on 15th may 19, bus supposed to reach guledgudda by 6.30am, but even 7.30 bus is in Ilkal only and it reaches guledgudda at 9am, it seems there is no care or responsinsibilty of anyone to reach bus on time, if I ask drivers they are giving irresponsible answers, this is happening every now and then.

                                  Drivers behaviour still issue in vrl (Specially their way of talking) requesting vrl management pls look in to following issue.
                                  Myself kiran naik, journey date[protected], route kundapur to mumbai, bus number ka25aa5268, driver not listening to passengers request for morning tea/ toilet break arround 7:00am, previous break he had given 2:30am, after 5 hours of long journey specially ladies were in trouble. (Driver identity:- there are two driver one has both his legs normal, and other one is handicape with his one leg, i am complaining of normal leg driver)

                                    I have booked 2 tickets (My self & my wife) for mangaluru from hyd. Journey date 05.03.2019 (Friday) at 04:50 pm from miyapur allwin x road. Bus ka25d1401, seat no 36, 37, tr no 15870602.
                                    Tree phone are given for inquiry of bus[protected] office,[protected] not working phone, [protected] office cell
                                    While on boarding i have contact office land, asking for driver no at 04:47pm, but he saying that why you want driver no... After discussion he cut the phone final i could get driver no. Mean time time bus is coming x road to patancheru, i could not stop the bus because traffic and bus is on main road going towards patancheru.
                                    After immediate i call same office no and request for stop the bus i have explain i am 100 metre away from bus. He rejected my request and gave the another no, ie cell office and he cut the phone.
                                    Against called and requested bus very near me please help me,
                                    Again one has given me ie driver no, & i contact with driver stoping bus, hea says bus is in patnacheru i could not not the bus, he saying that i have called you but you have not lifted the phone hence your mistake hence i cannot stop the bus... Cut the cell
                                    Again request office for getting bus, office said bus will be next dept at 06:15 pm from aramgarh, after discussion i requested to office bus will be hold up to 06:30 pm at aramagarh, after discussion we have engaged taxi for armagarha with 1100 rupees.
                                    This information i have passed to driver but he refused to stop bus will be departure at 06:15 only

                                    If office staff give the correct driver no i could catch bus, they very free thinker about customer. If driver co operate with me i could have reach the bus
                                    Driver missed/called on cell, but response from customer he could taken it to account, he not tried again for costumer confirmation, simply driver saying that i have called that all...

                                    I am traveled many times with vrl, but badly have such experience due to office staff reckless behavior and driver non co-operate.
                                    Kindly do the need full refund and taxi charge for spend by me for given assurance for stooping bus up to 06:30 pm

Now your saying that bus was hold up to 06:45 pm at aramagargh. if the bus hold me, driver must be phone and tall the time to me.

                                    No body inform me of bus reschedule time, the staff/driver are telling lie.

                                    I am in between Petrol bunk & South Indian Chennai Mall, and my to office at 04:45 pm, all the travels stop at location Miyapur X road - Petrol bunk - South indian Chennai Mall

                                    Only your Staff and driver recklessness behavior I have loss my trip, they are telling lie and escaping from the situation. conductor/Staff/Driver must check all the passenger at boarding point confirm any disturbance with passenger, mandatory conductor/Staff/Driver are the responsible for confirm all the passenger have been board

                                    If any inquiry you want to make of my presence evidence, you can ask one person he help me a lot for getting BUS, presently he is in same place he is tea vendor near south Indian mall

                                      Vrl travels is not ready co operate with passenger as we have book tickets from nagpur to pune but due to some medical emergency we cant reach nagpur but we want to take boarding from kondhali as we have seen so many travels are stop there for passenger but they dont want spaek with us and even dont want to give any solution so we have lost our time and money as well so vrl team plase look into this if you are running with this much attidue no one will travel with your travel.

                                      Almost every week I travel from Nagpur to pune and then pune to nagpur return.
                                      But TV is not working in any of vrl bus. Whenever I asked them to start a movie on TV, staff always say that TV is not working.

                                      Why TV is not repaired from last more that 2 months? All buses TV is not working, is it really true?

                                      Pune to nagpur Vrl sleeper bus has failed near to jalna at 4 a.m but still no action on this, we are waiting for the next bus but that also not yet reached .
                                      All the passenger are stuck .
                                      Service so pathetic day by day ..
                                      Please contact us immidiatly .
