I have purchased ticket from pune to bangalore on 13 aug-16 which is travel for 15th aug-16. Fare collected from me was 2438 rs.
When i have checked ticket fare fir same bus on 15-aug for same day journey ticket fare was 1200 which half of the advance booking fare...

With this situation they are chaeting people while advance booking.

Why people should pay double amount in advance booking.

As per scedule it should reach sangli at 7.30. a.m but it delays about 3 hrs. thats very disappointing. khurana and saini are better than that

    This is with regards to ticket booked by me for my father from mumbai - shravanabelagola saturday, july 30, 2016
    Ticket no: tj8v63526844. i would quote the experience as "height of - no ethics... no empathy"

    Ticket was booked till shravanbelgola. trouble started immediately as soon as my father boarded the bus. driver refused to drop to shravanbelgola. he said the bus will drop at channarayapatna and not shravanbelgola. how can he even dare to say so when the ticket is booked till shravanbelgola
    I immediately then called up [protected]... phone no of vrl given in sms while booking ticket... on insistence the person says he will talk and resolve this. i thought it would be taken care now

    To my surprise i realized from my father that the driver dropped him at channarayapatna... my father is almost 70yrs... driver did not even had the courtesy to drop my father at the bus depot... forget about helping to pick the luggage.

    This is how senior citizens are treated???
    Night of 1st aug, i called up on [protected] again... there is mr ketan here... listem what he is saying... this is your problem... dont call me... call at the office no. when i insisted he said he will check in the office today... and that he will not call and update me... i will have to call him at 11 today and check

    Complaint has been raised with vrl for full refund for this torture. they are offering me a mearge sum of rs 200 which we have alread y spent over and above the tickets charges.

    Ticket was booked through REDBUS.IN and they are also not resolving this
    I have booked a ticket on red bus at 12:50 and by mistake the ticket was booked for the current day instead of the next day. I called them for 4 hours but no resolution was provided and my ticket was not cancelled. I was charged 700 and no rfund was made

      I had taken the vrl bus from mangalore to bangalore last night (i. e[protected] bus no. 4792 and i had the worst experience. not only was the bus extremely delayed, what was surprising was they had never stopped for a toilet break for ladies, when i asked him to stop the bus for toilet break he gave me reasons saying we will stopping after 30 mins and this was at 2:30 am, usually most of the buses would stop by 2 am. but instead he stops...

      I booked packages through vrl logistics for delivery from kurnool (andhra pradesh) to delhi mahipalpur vide lr no [protected] on 18 jun 2016. the consignment reached kirtinagar in delhi on 28 jun and not sending it further ahead to mahipalpur. on enquiring, i have been told to collect from kirtinagar which is far off from my place. i request for early resolution and correct delivery of my goods failing which the company to pay me compensation.
      Ka25c8779 seat u12 co passenger u13 had drunk alcohol and can't sleep beside...VRL employees taking no action they are just like nothing related to them and not taking any action as reputed company I was not knowing that company is so irresponsible

        My self Bhupendra Nayak, i had book my ticket (T R # 7705491) from bangalore to ahmedabad on 28th June 2016. When i get my ticket i have't given my email id, now i need the ticket on my email address which is [protected]@sintex.co.in.

        For that i call on ahmedabad office on number [protected] and the person said that give us email id on sms, so i have already send the sms with all require details....

        We travelled from Shirdi to Bangalore on 9th June 2016. After some distance from Ahemed Nagar, the gear box of the bus broke down and we waited there for 5 hours. Then a semi sleeper bus came and drove us back to Bangalore. We have booked by sleeper but came by semi sleeper bus. So, I want Refund of money from sleeper to semi-sleeper charge. The details of my tickets are attached here with.

            The controller in the wondercity pune vrl stop (Mr. Hiremath) has asked for a rs 500 (Bribe) for carton box apart for 200rs luggage fee. I was travelling from pune to hubli. Bus number py 01 ch 1186 departed at 10 30 pm 15/5/2016 from wondercity katraj. My luggage was thrown out for not paying rs 500 as bribe.

            This complaint is against rash and rude driver.
            On date 09/05/2016, vrl bus number ka37-c-7887, from koppal to bangalore the driver named shivakumar from koppal was driving very rash and when people asking on this, he was rude with them. When people asking to go slow, he is taking to raise complaint and ask vrl.
            If you guys can't take action against these kind of idots, we will be posting this story at social media and raising complain on consumer court.

              I have boarded a vrl bus from kamothe to bangalore (Ticket no tj[protected]) on 9th may 2016, first of all the bus was 1 hour late. It was to reach kamothe by 11:15 pm but actually reached at 12:20 am, after sometime i started feeling a bit cold and there were no sheets at my seat so i went to the conductor for the sheets to that he gave me sheets that were used and smelling bad. I asked him if he has a spare one, to that he said he said that he has no spare sheets and also cannot arrange one for me. I asked him that i would have to raise a complaint to that he said do whatever you want to but i cannot help you out.

                AC not working. Showing to attendent saying report it where u want. They dont have manners to even talk to customer.Mywhole night going bad.
                Horrible experience with vrl. Agree bus is cooling in front side but back not cooling. It seems there is something issue with the setting.

                  Hi,

                  I had a booking on Friday from Hyderabad to Mumbai(Ticket Number 7203107) and the scheduled arrival of bus at Mumbai was at 8.45AM. but the bus has arrived Sion, Mumbai at 2.55 PM. i.e more than 6 hours late .Therefore I have to miss the function for what I was here just bcoz of bus getting late .


                  So it has been of no use for me to travel for such a long journey . Hence, I strongly Urge to refund my Ticket amount back to me .

                    I started from bangalore to mumbai around 1.00 pm .. Vrl transports ka 25aa 5178. It stopped due to some engine pb around 8.00 pm . We are total of more than 40 passengers stranded in a place for more than 3 hrs. Waiting for alternate vehicle which they promised in 1 hr. We stood at this odd place and odd time without nearby hotels to take food . The response time is poor and the service of customer care is useless.                       This complaint is about rash driving. When a driver first jumped because of road breaker, i asked him to drive carefully. Same thing repeated again and again. Thets is when i decided to raise a complaint before thet asked him again please drive carefully and he said Road is not proper and this is how I drive.

                      Its regarding the pathetic service & experience in the vrl bus journey on 27-mar-16 (Goa to pune). Portal showed rs.2500 ticket price, but charged rs.290 additional for a/c

                      Service tax. We got the last seat which didn't even recline and no proper ac flow. Driver was driving as if he was drunk, we got hit on the front seat 4-5 times while

                      Sleeping. My whole night was as painful as hell. Redbus and vrl are such a reputed name and i really didn't expect such a service from you guys. I don't think i'll recommend

                      Either redbus/vrl to anyone i know. I hope you look into this matter at the earliest & get back with an explanation or this matter has to be escalated in case of no revert.

And there is not even a single person at your office who can take the responsibility to assign me a different bus. I want all my refund for the inconvenience caused and in the future I will make sure people in my circle don't board your bus.It's a shame you guys can't even take the responsibility of boarding your own passengers
