I was expected to board the bus at 10pm but bus arrived at 11pm. As per the mail, we were expected to reach destination by 6am but we reached at 10am. When we asked reason for delay to driver he told route was changed. There was no information to us regarding route change got delayed by 4 hours. I will definetly not recommend vrl travels to anyone because of its poor service. This is 2nd time i have faced same issue.

I had booked Journey Bus No. is KA 25/AA6003 U17 Boarding From : NEAR MARATI VIDYALAY on 7/05/2018.They have added 3 guys in double seated.Felt uncomfortable while traveling.Worst experience I ever had.

    I booked a ticket for bangalore to gadag 10 o clock timing. But still i am here in gandhi nagar office now time is 10:25 pm. I called your manager he said bus is not clean bus cleaning is going on wait for some time. If bus is not in good condition why you people are taking booking for that bus.? This is the you people are handling? ¿? Here lot of familys waiting. Childrens are waiting... This is not good. Worst travels. We are waiting here for last 1 hour.

      Sir this is to inform you that today on 21/04/2018 i started my journey from hyderabad city at 7:30 pm. Without any intake. Around 12 in the midnight i requested your driver for dinner halt he straight away refused me saying that this bus doesn't have any halt till its destination kolhapur. It is surprising how come vrl people don't allow people to go even for necessary requirements like refreshing, eating drinking water, tea etc. Without break will break relationship with customers. Netter you understand human beings necessary requirements.

      For 1st May 2018 paid 2400 rupees for Hubali to Pune. I am disappointed with your basic service to customer. We paid huge amount for travels but no washroom restroom and no drinking water for customer. Please take some immediate action on same. VRL without basic amenties.

        The scheduled time of departure from katraj, pune was 11:00pm but it is 1:20 now. Still there is no sign of the bus. It is very much troublesome. I am not going to recommend it to any of my friends as thisis not the first time.

        Please stick to the timings. If not accurate be at least somewhere near to the schedule. If the passengers are late do you wait for them?

          I have called vrl transport nagar dehradun over phone for sending my personal luggage..
          He told me to bring the packed luggage to his place that is 10 km away from my home.
          I have done packing and reached his place where he made me wait for one hour. After that he has told me that due to gst"i can not transport your personal luggage. He needs my personal gstn number". I have asked him if it is so why he didn't inform me earlier.. There was very cold response from the vrl representative..
          This behavior by vrl transport is very irresponsible and wastage of our time..
          Giving no response when were asking amounts to disrespectful

            The Driver from Pune to Aurangabad, ( Driver changed ) only was watching VIDEO FILM on his Mobile Phone throughout the journey by keeping it on dashboard while driving throughout, risking lives of all the passengers. When requested for not to watch Video while driving, abused the passengers who were all frightened, shocked and in despair facing danger.

            Will it really be taken up by VRL?

              Website: Bus Journey cancelled by company but refund is not provided automatically to bank account

              I was informed over telephone that the bus trip as per details given in email shown below is cancelled by vrl because of insufficient booking. i have therefore no other option to ask for full refund of ticket money along with bank charges for online payment.

              Please note that since the booking was confirmed by vrl, i made arrangements for various activities in bangalore based on confirmed booking. now i have been put hardship because of convenience of vrl.

              You are therefore requested to refund the booking amount with suitable compensation for inconvenience caused to me. keeping in mind reputation of your organisation, i hope you will do the needful.

              On 24/2018, I travelled from B'lore to Bjp by bus no KA25/C6152 from Anand Rao circle. My journey was very disappointing as bus reached it's destination after almost 13 hour's and horrible interiors. What I felt was that bus was very old and become slow. On this route we get such buses only. Take care and improve service quality.Thanks.

                Hi,

                I had boarded a vrl bus from kumta to travel to bangalore on 28th feb 2018.
                Reg details for bus : py 01 ch 1451.

                The bus sent by the vrl staff is a very faulty one and has stopped for every hour on the way to bangalore. This has led to delay for us travellers in order to reach bangalore and join our respective organizations to work. I am considering it as a serious issue since it has already taken hell lot of time of the passengers. The bus had to reach bangalore by 6:00 to 6:15 but still we are stuck somewhere near tumkur and time is 7:46am. This is a very serious issue with respect to passengers. I kindly ask vrl to take strict action about this. Please throw away your junk buses and replace with new ones. Or else stop your vrl travels if you can't maintain it. Strongly recommended all my contacts not to travel through vrl

                  This is very disappointing service given from you. We chose travels for the comfort travelling. But service given by you is really very worst. Your drivers have driving very rough.
                  I asked your driver to keeping driving safe, he shouted me, "then what i do? You chose last barth, then its not our responsibility."

                  Is it your not responsibility to give your customers comfort travelling??
                  Then why should we not choose any other traveling options?
                  Its my last journey from your company.

                  pickup vehicle dropped laddies in middle of the road and there is no VRL office to ask about bus and these people don't think about security?. we trust VRL because of best service but if your persons dropped pragnent lady and there is no place to sit and how can they search for bus in toll.

                    3.30am on 11 feb 2018 bus stops at vrl patrol bunk and vrl canteen. I had been to washroom where there was a guy sitting behind the window on the wall with half clothes on from bottom. When i went back and screamed at him, he started running i couldn't even catch him because of this clothes and also because he was not fully dressed. When i can out and complained to the nearest counter the reaction was first in such a way that they didn't believe me. Then they are giving reasons saying there is no way any one can come there it has plants and no one can enter there. I asked him then do u think i am lying at 3.30am in the morning. Then he is sending a gard to check the place. I was shocked that the security level was so poor. This was my first time journey in vrl with my mom from chikodi to bangalore. It started from chikodi at 7.30 on 10 feb 2018. My name is pooja and i am traveling with my mom anita. A very bad experience. Ladies be careful before you go to any washroom check properly what is going on at the back side of the washroom also.

                      Complaint regarding we have booked the bus from bellary to bangalore on 4th feb night seat number upper 11 and 12 and bus number was ka25/c 8025 dropping points was selected to navaranga circle rajajinagar but driver not accepted to drop in navaranga he dropped in yeshwanthpura only and he has spoken
                      Very rudely... What he'll he is i have come with family in the cold weather where to go
                      My brother waiting in navaranga for pickup
                      Why the picup drop should be down as per the list shown while booking only otherwise we don't book like this
                      I need call back from you immidiately and action on that fellow driver

                        We travelled 3times, all times there was a problem with bus repair or breakdown of bus in midnight. Nd there is no fast response to alter the bus also. We exhausted of these experiences. We r loosing our time nd we have to attend many important things in the next day morning. Over all a very bad experiences with ur travels. Plz solve these kind of issues never araise

                          We have choosen vrl travels out of all travels available as we thought this travels has feasible boarding point for use.
                          But as we have booked a seat in lower 02 bus num 4794 from bangalore to gokarna on 16/01/2018 boarding at gandhinagar.
                          We are booking ticket from bommasandra actually dey have to send gandhinagar for boarding but dey sending anand rao circle but we asked in vrl office dey say here we don't have boarding u people have to go gandhinagar only dat time driver call us we are leaving we said we already left to gandinagr den we said to driver we are coming govardan boarding den he said ok i will cal u
                          U can wait like dat so as per his instruction we are waiting in govardan vrl office at 9.15 to 10 clock... Actually we are reached at 9.00 clock to govardan vrl office we enquired regarding our ticket he also say wait here only bus will come so we are waiting... Afterdat at 10.10 driver called he asked wer are u we said we are waiting in govardan but he say we are moved near peenya den we ask den now wt to do he say come to other bus m waiting here only again we said same problem to vrl office staff den he arranged other bus from govardan to peenya in travelling again called driver in the middle he say m waiting only 5 mnt otherwise i will go i cant wait like dat again we requested to driver pls wait der i will bring him in bike only he said ok again we reached peenya just now he left again we called he said come to tumkur i pick up der like dat finally dey left in middle road passenger he is age 55...

                          Worst experience verry irresponsible driver and vrl staffss

                            I had been using vrl service for bangalore-hyd route in 2013. So i suggested same to my wife for nagpur-pune journey. But this was biggest mistake in my life. I had booked vrl ac sleeper @8.30pm from nagpur to pune on 22/12/2017. Tkt no. Tkdg87548553. Due to suffocation/bad maintenance of ac, my wife started feeling vomiting sensation, later it went worst. She requested to driver & staff to stop the bus for a while, but he denied to stop. And due to that she vomited in bus itself. After that also he did not stop at all. Later on she asked for extra blanket/bedsheet but again she got no response. This was once of worst part of his journey and shame for bus no gj18az0125 staff behavior. I could not understand, how vrl bus staff can be so insensitive to some lady passenger. Dear concern please take action on it. Please feel free to contact me on [protected].
                            Bangalore to basavakalyan every time late...
                            I[censored] can not meet the timings then do not mention it in web site ...
                            They don’t care about customer timings
                            Given time of journey is 13hrs they will take 16 to 17 hrs ...
                            And I can see still 160 Complaints are pending ...
                            Take a look and resolve the concerns
                            I hope it will improve

                              I booked for vrl bus from rajhamundry to bangalore on 15th dec 2017. Pnr number 11980599. Actual departure timing was 7.30 p. M. I arived the departure at 7 and i was in contact with driver upto 8. He infromed bus is delayes by 30 min. But at around 8.30 pm i was informed by the local vrl office that the bus is cancelled. I asked for refund. He informed, in bangalore also u can get refund with any of vrl office. After with so much difficulty in reaching bangalore over phone i contacted vrl office for refund. One person informed to contact jayanagar 9th block branch office for refund. But till today i visited jnr office for four times. Every time they are telling that they dont have money to refund. For 945 rupees refund i spent around 500 rupees for auto. Till now i not received my money back. Really a bad experience from vrl. Sorry to inform. I was informed about the delay of bus very late. Vrl not made alternate arrangement also for me to reach my destination

                                Vehical no - ka25 d4504 from bengalure to bagalkot on 23rd december 2017 depature time was 10:5pm bus stopped due to head light and internal lights failure in peeny 8th main mechanic arriveal was late. Customer care response was not good bus moved from peenay 8th main at 12:05am delayed for 2hrs. And driver has no idea about the problem.
                                Maintainance problems shouldn't happen in such a negligent way, its a passengers nightmare to change their schedule according to the delay
                                Please ensure that this shouldn't happen again

                                  It's purely known vrl is one among best transportation service to passengers from one place to another, but yes as my experience today while travelling in this bus made me fel yuk, when i told driver to stop vehical for nature call, even though it was stop in tool booth, driver spoke in worst manner as we supposed to pee in bus itself!! My peace of mind made me avoid to hit on his face!!!

                                    I have booked ticket from vapi to bangalore for journey on 09.11.2017, bearing ticket no. Tkb[protected], through redbus. The scheduled departure was 23.00 p. M on 09.11.2017 at vapi and scheduled arrival was 5.00 p. M on 10.11.2017 at bangalore.
                                    The bus arrived vapi at 23.30 pm on 09.11.2017 at vapi and reached bangalore majestic at 8.30 p. M on 10.11.2017 with delay of 3.30 hours. The late arrival at bangalore by 3.30 hours is very worst one.
                                    Expecting some delay in arrival at bangalore, i have booked ticket from bangalore to tuticorin on 10.11.2017 at 8.30 p. M. From madiwalla in srm bus, bearing ticket no. Wb107bbac00 at cos of rs.840/-
                                    Due to the delayed arrival of your vrl bus, at bangalore by 3.30 hours, i was unable to catch my bus to tuticorin and hance incurred a loss of rs.840/-
                                    Now, i request your esteemed organisation to refund me a sum of rs.840/- favourably.
                                    Further, i wish to inform that, the bus driver himself admit that the bus will never reach bangalore by 5.00 pm at any time. If so, why you are putting the scheduled time of arrival at bangalore as 5.00 pm. If my travel is alongwith my female family members like wife, daughter etc., and missed the onward journey bus, due to your delay, that will cause more problem.
                                    Kindly, refund me a sum of rs.840/- to me favourably.

                                      Have to cancel ticket but according to your rules we have to cancel ticket before four hours but sometimes we decide at last moment to cancel. So make customer friendly rules not for your profits. Atleast give us some amount of our ticket money by cutting some percentage.

                                        Bus hubli to raichur dated 24th oct'17 my seat nor l9 but i was forced to take seat l19 as the lady who booked l8 besides my seat was not able to exchange the seat with other lady. As i had booked the seat well in advance when verified and the lady after knowing male co passanger booked the seat. It is very inconvenient for me to take another seat.
                                        Lady booking should not have been allowed when already a male passenger is travelling. Since it was inconvenient to other co passenger as bus got delayed by 45 min bcz of this issue i had to change seat as the lady passenger was adamant n not willing to change. So with lot of anger i am complaining either you should not allow such booking or give the seat to person who has booked in advance.
