Dear higher management team - it is really extreme sad that you have kept some extreme ill behaved people who are not meant for your kind of organization. Y'day my 3 family member was to catch bus from baroda to bangalore for which timing given from office during taking ticket 7:30pm from bhumar chowkadi, baroda. We had rched even before 7:30pm but when bus not came by 8:15pm i hv started follow up strongly at your office where mr. Samir ([protected]) was there. He talked with me worse than a layman even started abusing in different way. Was saying, useless people have to wait (Talking in hindi in abusing manner), chupchap khade rahe... Pl fire this person immediately, as he is tarnishing your build up image, as he is really poisnous person for linking to your service.

    We need to board bus from hamparkatta, karnataka for vrl sleeper to pune. But the persons in this office is not taking any responsivility. They are mentioning to keep laguage in rain outside. Not aware of bus number, bus timing and anything. Please either you sont allow customer to board here or please dont trouble customers. They told we are not vrl trip takers and dont know regarding bus timing and all. They asked to contact everything to vrl customer care or we will get information from them. They are least bothered for everything. We are not travelling for free of cost or boarding from our own place. Please care customers not only in bus but also in boarding place as we are carrying lagguages and kids along with us. If you feel any problem please dontballow customers to board from here. If you are allowing please give proper stop.

      On 3 of june i booked travels ticket to nagpur from pune. My ticket number is tk6y59358684
      And pnr number is 13507365;10444241
      I did not receive the bus number thorugh messege. So i called vrl boarding point phone which is [protected]. I asked this person "is the bus has arrived or not. And can u please share the bus number." but he rudely replied, "u must have received the message. Check the message.in 2 min bus is arriving." and disconnect the call. Then i visited boarding point office at wakdewadi where i met the same person. I asked for the bus number but he replied in same manner. He was drunken. And speaking rudely. Take strict action against this person.

      I am regular user of vrl bus. But i have never experienced such incident.

      I have booked executive a.c. sleeper bus but due to complaints in a.c. bus they changed to normal a.c. bus..they asking me to go peenya and take refund.which is not exceptable

        I am traveling by vrl bus from bangalore to Gulbarga on 1/06/17 night 9-30 by bus number ka25 - 6713, I was promised that the bus will reach Gulbarga within 9-30 am, due to overloaded goods above bus, RTO people levied 30, 000 fine on vrl company and made late. Due to the overload the driver of the bus is saying VRL Authority are responsible. Now it is 10-15 we are in Surpur, still 100 km left, another 2-3 hours journey, The lady passengers are suffering and eager to go for toilet, Driver is not stopping the bus, Teenage girls are crying. Shame on VRL authority from Lokeshappa

        The parcel has not reach to me..if I will inquire in vrl office means they are telling the parcel is missing...

          Dear vrl authorities,

          This complaint is regarding timing. Yesterday my brother had bus (T r #[protected]Multi excel volvo i-shift ac sleeper) from pune to nagpur. As per the time schedule you had mentioned on your site, it was supposed to reach today at 8:00 am at ashirwad parking, nagpur. But it reach at 9:40 am. And due to which he missed his exam. Pathetic service!!. And this is not happening for the first time.

          For every business, customer is god. You should respect him and his time. You should be responsible for whatever you are mentioning on your site.

          I have faced same problem 4-5 times before also. But being loyal customer i preferred you only. This is the only reason, your business will fall down one day because there are other players who are providing better service at lowest cost.

          Now onward i will never take your service nor will allow my friends and relatives to take.

          Pathetic experience!!

              On 19th i bought ticket to travel from mangalore to mumbai. Agent said volvo sleeper bt it ws nt volvo and he said it will reach mrng 11 but it reached at evening 5pm.                 I m Venkatesh, earlier Buses were reaching estimated time but now days buses are coming delay,
                Bus no. KA25/D0657 and Travelling from Lokapur
                Bus should reach Bangalore 6am but due to delay reached at 7am because of this I missed my. I m facing this problem all d time, 30min delay I can accept.
                So please make sure your buses are on time to reach Bangalore, so that we can avoid to miss the office,
                (While Journey start only they are making delay )

                  We are travelling in Volvo sleeper GJ01/DZ3856 from nagpur to pune. AC of the volvo is not working from last 3 hours. We are dying due to suffocation. Driver is keep saying that another bus will come in half hours from last 3 hours.Even customer care also ignoring us. Vrl will understand only when someone will get unconscious. worst service by Vrl.

                    Been travelling in last 3years. Was very happy with the services.
                    But from last 2 trip facing the same problem. I travel from bangalore to chikkodi / athani (Karnataka).
                    1. Not reaching the scheduled @ destiny on time. Delayed by 2 to 3hours.
                    1a. Around 4 month back my family tavelled to athani.
                    1b. On 18th may 2017 again my travelled to athani.
                    2. Drivers doesn't know the routes of journey. Applies to both the trip as mentioned above (1a & 1b). My family guided the route for drivers.
                    3. Not stopping for diner & also when passenger request to stop to go to washroom. Mostly when female are requested.

                      I had a booking with vrl travels from Mumbai to Bellary. Ticket no TK6A77387382 on 13/5/2017. Booked ticket from Red Bus.

                      The reporting time was 5:05 pm and departure 5:20. The bus came at 6:50. This is at Malad which is very close to the starting point of Borivali.

                      But the problems were
                      1. The Helpline number[protected] call was not being received. I tried 20 times. Others also did. Initially one passengers call was initially received only heard the bell.
                      2. No bus number and driver number sms was sent.
                      3. No delayed bus sms was received.
                      4. Pickup point was clueless and had no info.
                      5. Vrl online bus tracking is not working see screen shot.
                      6. Red bus online tracking was showing wrong location.

                      1.5 hours of running after every single vrl bus thinking that it is my bus. No info.. No call center working even when bus is delayed.

                      Absolutely poor service.
                      Vrl should take note of this feedback and stop harrasing it's customers this way.

                        Buses not stopping on toilets for women on long journeys

                        VRL bus on a trip from hubbali to Mumbai didn't stop at any toilet despite the female passengers making multiple requests on a 10 hour long drive. The bus stopped twice in the middle of the highway for male passengers to attend natures call. Lack of toilets was cited as the excuse for not stopping anywhere. I'd be surprised if none of the dozen petrol pumps on the way didn't have a toilet. Whose responsibility is it to ensure the drivers...

                        The vinayak travels that host your vrl travel buses in andheri east are probably the worst at providing customer service.

                        The staff there is way too rude and claims that " we are not here to serve the customers' yes this is the exact line which i got to hear from the person there at the travel office when asked for a seat as i was waiting for my bus to arrive since 2 hours.

                        Overall they have no basic decency to talk to a woman, let alone providing service.

                        They are just not interested in attending the customers and as a solo woman traveller i would never recommend the vrl travels until you get this agency of yours replaced with someone who is more sober and willing to host the guests.

                          Sir as per your website our material has reached bangalore hoodi at 11.28 am... L.R.NO:[protected] but your people at hoodi are saying still the vechicle has not reached even at 2.30 pm... my person along with the luggage vechicle went and came back... who will bear this loss.
                          your customer care number is also not working ([protected]).
                          how can such big organisation be so irresponsible .
                          this is third time i am complaining about hoodi office but till today no one from your company has contacted me and resloved my problems

                            Usually VRL travels doesn't stop at any local road side tea shops. But this is 2nd time bus is being stopped road side for tea where their are no toilets and above all it ll be 2am to 3am. At this time alone ladies and old people getting out of bus is risky. If asked driver that why vrl is stopping at these places, driver says what then where to stop, we need tea so stopped here. And very irresponsible driver for bus no KA 25 AA 6081 bangalore to bijapur. Please look into this matter and kindly explain drivers about the problems, of stooping on road side. It is like slowly loosing trust on VRL. I'm complaining this because I am frequent traveller of VRL and a happy customer but previous two travels of mine from bangalore to bijapur were very disappointing. Kindly consider this as serious issue and fix problem soon.

                            I do accept you concern. But in continuous traveling Drivers are getting tired as well as feel sleepy. So that they need refreshment to avoid sleepy while driving. Also i[censored] are feel save and reach your destination without any problem means drivers are to be alert. Also in long journey they could not see the opposite side vehicle lights for a period of long time. If they do the same means it may lead to some other problems to passengers. Thats y they may like that

                              I am travelling from Bangalore to belgaum seater bus. Bus timing was 9:45 to depart from Anand Rao circle vrl bus stop but bus (ka 25/c 5583) arrived at 10:30. It was expected to reach belgaum at 7:30. It's 9:20 now and not yet reached Belgaum. Why VRL travels is not keeping sense of timing and following strict timeline. This is Everytime problem with VRL Bangalore to Belgaum service. Atleast keep in mind that we passengers have other things in plan.

                                The actual arrival timing of VRL company bus from Hyderabad to Mangalore i.e. I-Shift Multi Axle Volvo A/C Sleeper is at 9.30 A.M, But they(wrongly) mentioned on the online ticket booking website is 8.31A.M. mainly to mislead the passangers. I travelled on 25th Jan giving more money thinking that it would reach Mangalore on 26th atleast by 9 A.M. The staff told me that the actual arrival timing is 9.30 am. and it will reach always after 10.30 A.M. Infact the other bus ORANGE had seats available for lesser amount Rs.1600. I paid Rs. 2536 for VRL mainly to reach early. But the bus reached late at 11.40 AM.

                                I request you to take action against VRL as they put wrong arrival timing mainly to attract and mislead passengers causing a lot of tension and inconvenience to the passengers.

                                    It's very uncomfortable to travel in such a condition and the vrl agents in the bus are also not responding for the problem very disgusting service from vrl I would never suggest vrl for any travel purpose if this is not taken care I would take serious actions on vrl I don't mind till what extant and I need to change my seat if it's not possible I need a refund from vinjayanad roadlines I'm not able to bare this although I have paid the amount expecting the comforts this is the act of law of torts so vijayanand roadlines is responsible for the tortos liablilty under the Indian court of law
