We are travelling from Banglore to Vijayapur, KA28D4788 AC Coach requested driver to stop at ladies washroom at either toll or petrol pump nearby hospet, but he said to go in open places. So kind request request request to understand and resolve, to notify places n give direction to drivers as it causes health issues. Being a reputed travel agency hope for an early solution

    As we have asked for ladies washroom the driver of MH12VT3524 was very rude and he didn't even answer for the same so please look into it and resolve the same

      I was cancelled a seat of number U16 on November 1st the PNR number is[protected] route Banglore to Bilagi for the date of 7th November. Today the date is 30th November I am not yet received my refund. I was contacted vrl customer care support for 3 times but no use. So that I am raising complaint on VRL travels.

        He refused to forward mail for LRN collection. Highly unprofessional and corrupt srinivas and mailk and asked for money to forward mail. He was apparatenly on lunch break for 1.5hr when refused..Take immediate action.

          I had booked a bus from bangalore to gulbarga on 25th nov 2023 at 8.30pm.
          I had to keep my luggage in the luggage counter.
          A person by name parthana was responsible for the luggage keeping section. But he was not a responsible person for his duties.. He made me to wait for so long to keep my luggage.
          Such a bad behavior.
          Please take necessary action against parthana person who works in vrl travels, anand rao circle, bamgalore.

            Missing 1 bale fabric

            Claim value - Rs.45000
            very very poor response. Because of your delay, we had incurred huge loss. Please take up this matter very seriously and we wanted this missing bale goods immediately. Why your team not handled this properly and inefficient work from your side. We called to ready many times with the customer care no# but not able to reach.
            We need this missing goods or we need claim for this goods value..

            First of all treat to response the customer queries with immediate effect and we cannot chase you to get things done.

                Dear VRL Team,

                I have travelled many times in VRL and the service is excellent and no doubt about it.

                I travelled from HYD to Bangalore yesterday night and I had a conversation with the Bus coordinator at Lakdikapool Stop, I asked him if a Seat change option was available or not but he did not respond properly and he was doing manhandling and there were some scratches on my hand and I thought to give police complaint then and there itself but I did not do that to not to disturb my travel.

                Yesterday my self and my family were completely blank with his behaviour and I request you to take necessary action on that fellow.

                  VRL travels stopped in a worst place (unhygienic place) for restroom and restorent this are the basic requirements for any traveller

                  VRL travels has failed to fulfill basic requirements while traveling back from Shridi temple to Bangalore Bus number KA25D4834 on[protected]

                  Surpriseing thing is in Chitradurga bus stopped in VRL travels stop for restroom and restorent that was worster that all others he stopped.

                  Compare to other travels your travels is the worst in fulfill basic things.

                    I had enquired charges in VRL for 460 Kgs (17 Bundles). I was informed that I would be charged at 3.60 Rs/ Per Kg, therefore Rs 1, 650, and maximum would be Rs 2, 000 including all other charges.

                    At the time of booking, I was not given the LR and asked me to collect the next day. On the next day, I was shocked to see that I have been charged for 1080 Kgs and total amount of Rs 4, 720/-

                    When I contacted the booking office, they say they cant help now as the LR has already been genereated.

                    Please help?

                          I have booked bus for travel to bangalore, my co-passenger came with drunk and bus driver allows him to travell, I am getting suffocate during my travel, I am writing complaint because it should not be happen for another customer. Bus driver should check each person before they enter to bus.

                              I’m a regular traveller of VRL, earlier Multi axle semi sleeper Volvo was best option to travel from Bangalore to Gulbarga which has been stopped, but now I have been travelling with this so called multi axle Volvo ac sleeper coach which they charge almost 2k(KA41D0435). Don’t even know which AC Volvo bus provide sliding windows ?? No cleanliness not even washed properly foul smell and this bus never comes on time and never reaches destination on time every time have to wait for 1hr. Seriously pathetic experience with vrl these days would never recommend anyone for vrl and I’m gonna post the same on twitter as well let everyone be aware before travelling with VRL
                              While booking clearly shows as I shift multi axle Volvo, but the bus which they provide is normal ac bus Atleast have courtesy to provide service whatever you charge for. I’m gonna make sure that no one ever travels in bel from Bangalore to Gulbarga by posting on twitter and even raising consumer complain

                                Hi,
                                Yesterday I was travelling from bengaluru to belgaum in VRL AC volvo which left at 10 pm. Bus number KA 63 6182 seat number L3. My seat had many cockroaches. Due to which my journey was pathetic. The same was also informed to the concerned driver. Surely you should look into the matter of cleanliness & maintain hygiene.

                                    Iam traveling from Bangalore to Ravulapalem today... VRL Bus not following the timings. Almost we waited for 1hr in KR Puram for some passages and again we waited 50mins at Nandhi food plaza for passages not boarded in the bus.

                                    I never expected this from VRL.

                                        We are booking in VRL, Tirunelveli branch, nainarkulam road, town Tirunelveli office.
                                        They are not at all booking the parcel.even 2-3dats they keep the parcel with them.when we go in person to book, they ask us to keep the parcel and go and not at all booking.
                                        If we try to reach them over ph, all ph no will be switch off
                                        Very poor management, very poor service
                                        Load man asking rs 50for each parcel apart from bill charge, we are punished to pay for loadman also
