Very worst travels in logistics, doesn't sending stock on time and doesn't responding to customer...

Every time when we travel from Bangalore to jamakandi, bus stops for washroom on the road itself and we ladies feel very uncomfortable to sit on the road for nature call, plz let all the drivers to stop in any restaurants instead of stopping on the roads.

Hi, I have travelled with Vrl travels to Mumbai last week and bus driver has charged extra 200Rs stating as luggage cost. We have been travelling since so many years and no other bus operator/ driver has charged extra cost. The luggage was kept inside the bus and it was only one sack and was not creating any problem to other passengers. If we are booking the bus with all charges including tax why the driver ask for more and without any proper...

The drivers of this bus on this particular day from Pune to bijapur were very very rude.
The were abusing, using harsh language, not co-operating
Driving carelessly..using alcohol...

I was trying to reschedule the ticket date but the new ticket got booked instead. It's a website issue and glitch. As Multiple booking were done So I had to cancel the old ticket. Cancellation charges was levied upon me unnecessarily. Kindly refund my cancellation charges immediately and on highest priority.

When none of the seats were booked in the bus and a customer books 5 of 32 seats from the VRL Bus booking mobile App and no seats are reserved. When called up customer care, then I get to know that transaction was success and because of their technical problem the seats were not reserved and all the preferred seats are allocated to other customer bookings.
Transaction was successful from my side and seats were not reserved, assuming...

I booked vrl bus from Bengaluru to Ilkal, I selected bus and paid only for the destination reaching time at 4.45am in the morning, I have been neglected who (the bus) byeven reaching half an hour late bus only because of late reach, and this

The bus number KA25C766 has to be departed from bangalore by 8.45pm but even after half an hour the respective vrl members are busy in loading the parcels on top of bus, and hence it is reaching destination by 11.30am whereas the tlreaching time was 8.45am

Not only this time, everytime I travel from Bengaluru to Kalaburagi, this is the same issue....

The bus number KA25C766 has to departed from bangalore by 8.45pm but even after half an hour the respective vrl members are busy in loading the parcels on top of bus, and hence it is difficult for passengers to get down at desired Destinations on time... why vrl is so careless about these things... how can we trust and book vrl from next onwards!!!...

Booked 2 ticket for 17th April from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
The bus was late to reach Bangalore by 6 hours. The driver has no information about the routes properly he is driving continuously on the village roads instead of main national highway road. When asked he says there was once accident so he took diversion and took the longest route for 6 hours.
Due to this we had a major hit in our professional life...

Bus drivers don’t have a decency to talk when requested to keep a luggage bag down I was directly said no and the way the driver replied as if he is making money for keeping luggage . When I have payed for a ticket and all asked to keep my 1 luggage bag down. May be I am from a different state but when someone talks rudely I can understand. So I just step down and I saw he was demanding 800 to keep some other persons box...

As I have booked ticket on 6th April 2023 from banglore to jamkhandi I booked from annad Rao circle vrl stand due to traffic I informed that I will Board from gurugutepalaya metro station vrl staff said noo please board from peenya I said okay but I was already reached guruntepalaya when I asked in vrl office of guruguntepalaya they said bus will stop here ..when bus arrived driver was too rude that why you said peenya when you are going...

I have a complaint regarding ac which was turned off by drivers in the midnight. Requested to turn it on, but for a next hour they will do it, after that same thing.
This feels really negative about vrl travels....

Important Product was couried from Bangalore on[protected], But still I didnt receive the courier.

Very worst service, delivery delay more than 5days.....

While booking the ticket it's mentioned boarding point is gorguntepalya.. Peoples are waiting there but no one from VRL travels will call and asked passengers where they are stuck.The boarding point was opposite of peenya metro station but no where it's mention, while booking online it will show gorguntepalya.it's an very worst service from VRL..and also the bus will not come for proper time what they have mentioned in the ticket.....

No anu confirmation call while leaving the bus, atleast they can check in there bus wheather passanger present or not, Irresponsible staff, very bad of VRL....
