Iam traveling from Bangalore to Ravulapalem today... VRL Bus not following the timings. Almost we waited for 1hr in KR Puram for some passages and again we waited 50mins at Nandhi food plaza for passages not boarded in the bus.

I never expected this from VRL.

We are booking in VRL, Tirunelveli branch, nainarkulam road, town Tirunelveli office.
They are not at all booking the parcel.even 2-3dats they keep the parcel with them.when we go in person to book, they ask us to keep the parcel and go and not at all booking.
If we try to reach them over ph, all ph no will be switch off
Very poor management, very poor service
Load man asking rs 50for each parcel apart from bill charge, we are punished to pay for loadman also

Myself shripad Pujari and my wife snehal pujari were traveling from Bassappa khanawali dharwad to wakad pune yesterday night by bus KA 41 D 1470. Our birth were U15 and U16. While getting down at wakad today morning at 5.30 am my wife kept her black sack on first reclining seat and she forgot this black sack on seat itself while getting down.
Request you to locate the bag and we will collect in dharwad office where ever you say. Only cloths, medicines and eatable are there in bag.

Hi I am Narayan Deshpande I lost my Addidas shoes (worth of ₹3, 000) in the below mentioned VRL travels, i was checked with driver he said there is no camera sir to find who took and also he told me that we can't ask all the passengers who took.
I called to VRL customer service but they said please lodge your complaint in nearby police station. So is it correct step to go ahed and lodge complaint on VRL travels...

VRL travels MH12 TV2350 from Amravati to Pune. PNR#[protected]. On 9th June 2023 Dep time 8:30 pm, but Bus arrives at 9:30 pm ( 1 hour delay) when my parents ask drivers about delay, both drivers started misbehaving and abusing my parents. After this our reserved seat was dirty, when we asked drivers about cleaning, they are again started misbehaving and was harsh with my parents. Driver was talking arrogant way without any reason. This experience was very worst. So customers of VRL travels are paying cost of travel and in return they receive dirty seats, abuse and insults from their drivers. We recommend strict action against such cruel drivers.

Hello Team,

How irresponsible behaviour of your company towards the passengers. Your bus driver stopped the bus at Beer Bar. This bus has full of male, female and kids on board. Who will take the responsibility of security of women’s and kids. One incident happened just now two drunk people was eve teasing one lady. That lady got afraid and ran towards us for the security. We pay premium amount to book this bus and we have to deal with this kind of pathetic behaviour of your bus operator. If you don’t take action I will file police complaints against you guys and also add bad google reviews on the website.

The ticket clearly mentions ishift multiaxle bus however the company has assigned a low quality regular AC bus. This has no comforts as compared to an ishift multiaxle bus.

We traveled on 30th May.

1) The number provided by them will not work. None of them will call u for any information about stops.

2) we chased the bus by car to board. The bus not stopped at boarding.

3) Dinner halted at 11.35pm

4) Bus was late by 2.25hrs

5) When we called the manager for issue he too was rude have recorded everything on phone.

Pathetic service

It was really a discomfort and very uncomfortable seats, and lack of space. While booking it was mentioned as Volvo Multi-Axle but when I entered the bus it was not total discomfort.! Kindly do resolve the problem soon.

Every time when we travel from Bangalore to jamakandi, bus stops for washroom on the road itself and we ladies feel very uncomfortable to sit on the road for nature call, plz let all the drivers to stop in any restaurants instead of stopping on the roads.

Hi, I have travelled with Vrl travels to Mumbai last week and bus driver has charged extra 200Rs stating as luggage cost. We have been travelling since so many years and no other bus operator/ driver has charged extra cost. The luggage was kept inside the bus and it was only one sack and was not creating any problem to other passengers. If we are booking the bus with all charges including tax why the driver ask for more and without any proper receipt as well. Obviously if we are travelling will have luggage. Very disappointed with the service.

I was trying to reschedule the ticket date but the new ticket got booked instead. It's a website issue and glitch. As Multiple booking were done So I had to cancel the old ticket. Cancellation charges was levied upon me unnecessarily. Kindly refund my cancellation charges immediately and on highest priority.

When none of the seats were booked in the bus and a customer books 5 of 32 seats from the VRL Bus booking mobile App and no seats are reserved. When called up customer care, then I get to know that transaction was success and because of their technical problem the seats were not reserved and all the preferred seats are allocated to other customer bookings.
Transaction was successful from my side and seats were not reserved, assuming that email / sms might be delayed, I contacted Customer care after 3-4hrs later and no proper solution was provided and refund is initiated.

VRL has to take strict actions on solving their technical problem in newly launched Mobile App / Website to reduce problems happening with the Custimer.

The bus number KA25C766 has to be departed from bangalore by 8.45pm but even after half an hour the respective vrl members are busy in loading the parcels on top of bus, and hence it is reaching destination by 11.30am whereas the tlreaching time was 8.45am
