As I have booked ticket on 6th April 2023 from banglore to jamkhandi I booked from annad Rao circle vrl stand due to traffic I informed that I will Board from gurugutepalaya metro station vrl staff said noo please board from peenya I said okay but I was already reached guruntepalaya when I asked in vrl office of guruguntepalaya they said bus will stop here ..when bus arrived driver was too rude that why you said peenya when you are going to board from guruguntepalya I said your official only said that bus will stop here...but however driver was too rude talk ..is this the way to talk with customer???? Please note my pnr[protected]..i want applolizatation from driver my handwritten

    Hi,

    I have a complaint regarding ac which was turned off by drivers in the midnight. Requested to turn it on, but for a next hour they will do it, after that same thing.
    This feels really negative about vrl travels.

            While booking the ticket it's mentioned boarding point is gorguntepalya.. Peoples are waiting there but no one from VRL travels will call and asked passengers where they are stuck.The boarding point was opposite of peenya metro station but no where it's mention, while booking online it will show gorguntepalya.it's an very worst service from VRL..and also the bus will not come for proper time what they have mentioned in the ticket..

                I booked ticket but while leaving from boarding point didn't called, even they not verified number of passenger present in there bus, I fell shame on this silly thing, they wasted my money, even they are not ready to resolve this, I called the driver and staff many times but no use, Hope I can get positive response let see what happens. Really very bad for me. I booked another bus.

                  I had booked a ticket for my sister for travel to Udupi from Mumbai on 23rd Feb 2023, she wanted to prepone the visit to 16th Feb 2023 because of some commitment. I called VRL office customer care and even sent emails but they said that modification is not possible. Eventually my sister could not travel on 23rd Feb 2023 and hence lost the ticket fare of Rs.982/-
                  The amount is not that big but its a matter of principle, I am a regular traveller with VRL and did not expect such a behavior

                    VRL agents /booking center peoples, they will block the seats and we will not able to book the seats in online as it will shw already booked and they will sell the ticket offline

                    Then VRL should close the online booking option and they should sell the tickets offline only!

                    Why they are doing this.
                    It should be completely online or offine.

                      Hi. This complaint is due to repeated experience with the same problem! There is absolutely no sense of punctuality. The bus literally did a U turn and went back 60km to pick up a forgotten passenger. And the bus was delayed by 2 hours. The bus operators dont seem to understand that we book a bus that reaches early morning (6amish) for a reason, as we have to be at hospital/work early! And thats the whole point of booking such buses. And this isnt the first time it’s happening, be it from blore to mlore or mlore to belgaum! And its not just 10-15 mins delay, its always been 1-2hrs delay!! This was the last straw with this travel and never been this disappointed and never booking a bus from this again!

                        Hi,

                        I had a transaction failure on booking a ticket through VRL portal on 16'th Dec-2022 and amount of RS2294 was deducted from my account. Its been nearing 2 months still i have not received the amount from them, Even though iam following up with the VRL customer care through email and call but it proving to be of no issue, Can the complaint be registered and can be taken forward to take necessary actions against VRL entity.

                          You have provided a seat in a junk bus instead of providing sleeper for both o[censored]s resulting in trauma and sickness.

                          rest assured me or my friends will never travel through vrl.

                            I Dr S.M Awanti had travelled by VRL BUS from Gulbarga to Udupi on[protected], on that day bus got delayed to start from the starting point of address, near jewari road, ambabhavani temple- kalaburagi, main offiice, inspite of this half an hour delay, then for night dinner bus was stopped for night dinner at 10 pm at chille restaurant which was between bagalkot and hubbali. The drivers made us to wait for more than 1 hour fifteen minutes. when i asked why so much of delay, they didnt give me the correct reason and said this is company point for having dinner, go and complaint to comapany, we cannot do anything, next day morning again he stopped at entrance o[censored]dupi for nearly 20 minutes to 30 minutes for unloading of some goods items, by the time he reached maitri complex in udupi, it was around 7:30 am in the morining... The drivers of this bus on that day with bus no-KA25D0579, CONTAct no-[protected]. 26th jan 2023 from udupi to mangalore bus... Because of this careless attitude of drivers, i had got delayed for one of my important exam... VRL is not maintaining the scheduled time of reaching to destination and very casual behaviour of drivers towards thier pasenegers... its very disheartening that Once VRL travels had a very big name and good reputation... its getting spoilled becuase of these types BAD attitude of drivers.
                            I request VRL to kindly take this matter on priority and initiate action on those drivers which are bringing disrepute to such a reputed comapny.

                                I was traveling to dharwad from vapi ...still i m in bus...bus came at 2.45 ...the driver didnt cared about time ...I was waiting and and the very last minute they called and said the bus is late..they even didnt stopped for lunch ...very disappointing amd negligence from vrl ..hence forth I wont travel from this bus ...disgusting

                                    Was traveling from Surat to Bengaluru on 11th November 2022.
                                    The bus got delayed by more than 2 hours and all the passengers were not happy with the service .
                                    This has happened for third time when I boarded the vrl bus.
                                    Requesting to kindly improve the customer service and also the condition of the bus is not that good according to the high charges VRL takes from the passengers.

                                    Requesting the authorities to kindly investigate as soon as possible

                                      Here I attaching bus number - MH12TV2348, and we are travelling from GOA to Hyderabad on 01/11/2022.I don’t know why you are keeping the bus drivers and service mens in the bus even they are not keeping the luggage in the bus luggage section passengers itself doing that and if the bus stopped at restaurant and your drivers locked the main door and how can you dictate like that. If the old persons how can they spend 20 minutes time outside of the bus in winter season and if I don’t need any meals if I need snacks, to eat snacks it will take 5 minutes then if bus driver will lock the door what is my situation and who are you dictate the passengers like that . If you care about passengers belongings keep one person in bus or otherwise just announce take care your belongings and major portions of luggage in luggage section itself .I experienced very worst services ever done by other bus operators like this and KINDLY MAKE A CALL TO OTHER PASSENGERS THOSE WHO TRAVELLED ALONG WITH ME and even phones also not lifted before 15 minutes of the boarding point.
                                      NOTE: if you want to lock the door for personal care of the passengers DEFINITELY ONE PERSON SHOULD BE AT THE DOOR TO UNLOCK IT if passengers will need .
