I lost my ear phones (one plus wired with Bluetooth Rs 2000 ) in the below mentioned VRL travels, i was checked with driver while leaving he said there is no camera sir to find who took and also i was checked with other passengers as well but no one responded to me.
I called to VRL customer service but they said please lodge your complaint in nearby police station. So is it correct step to go ahed and lodge complaint on VRL travels or is there any other way. Please do let me know before i lodge a complaint.

        VRL bus breakdown at Satara at 4.30 AM with number KA25AA5991. We booked a VRL double sleeper bus from Hubli to Mumbai which started at 8.30 PM from Hubli. The total amount of the trip was 2550 rs. From the start of the trip there were multiple technical issues with the bus and the bus stopped at multiple places from Dharwad to Kolhapur and multiple repairs took place at the VRL depot. The bus broke down at Satara at 4.30 AM. We were stranded for more than 2 hours on the Satara highway and this caused a lot of inconvenience. The transport arranged after multiple calls to the VRL hubli office was a seater bus and customer care wasn't ready to speak over the call either. I demand a full refund of 2550 rs for this kind of service provided and this is the worst service ever provided from VRL

                As above mentioned amount deducted but seat not booked on date 2/06/2022 seat booking from dharwad to kundapur @10;15
                while booking at payment process amount got deducted from account rs.2501 but seat not booked. The screen shows error payment failed. I kindly request to refund the deducted amount asap and resolve our problem.

                  I am a passenger traveling from Hubballi to Raichur, it's been more than 1 and half hours the bus not started yet.
                  The bus has being loaded with goods and packages so long .
                  I don't understand is this an passenger traveling bus or goods bus.
                  Bus number- KA25C7540, seat number 14 and 15, date of travel[protected]
                  Very poor service

                    Dear Valuable Traveler,
                    My wife faced very bad experience while traveling in your bus today 25.May.2022 from Kolhapur to Bangalore by bus no. 6003. Driver demanded 250 Rs more for lugage, even we have two seats booked and having 3 bags only. 2 Bags kept inside the bus under seat & 1 kept on seat only, giving reason that there is no space at down.

                    It was like guilty type feeling. Please look into this matter. Otherwise we will not prefer your bus henceforth.

                        Dear Sir /Mam,
                        Details: in nutshell. Bus No. MH09EM6752. Tr.No.20909602, fair Rs.6000 paid. On 18/03/22 undertaken journey from Solapur to Wardha, 550 k.m. with 4 Family members, one was 78 yrs old. I had to undertake connected journey to Chandrapur City. From Solapur to Chandrapur no direct connectivity is there by any Mode of Transport. It was midsummer, journey was in Vidharbha Area. Temperature was above 43cc. AC of Bus was down in entire journey. For repairing Bus was delayed by 3 Hrs., in-between journey. In bus no Air circulation was there .This Volvo Bus was Compact with only Two Very Small Ventilation Windows at Roof. Bus was full of Passengers. Total Journey was 12 hours, without Air Condition and without ventilation with aged member we compelled to Travel . You may imagine the suffocation suffered by all us.
                        Resultantly, my next crossing travel arrangements towards Chadrapur scheduled at 8.30 a.m. was missed and I have to spend additional and extra money only because of late reporting of Bus to Wardha.

                        After my complaint VRL on mail gave me a Total compensation of Rs.400/-. Actually difference in Non AC & AC Bus fare was Rs.600/- per Ticket, hence I claimed for Rs.2400/-.
                        I have not demanded any compensation for lack in services, extra amount paid by me for journey to Chandrapur & for Physical harassments suffered by all o[censored]s including 78 yrs old my family member.
                        I appealed to the Customer Care Centre of Co. No reply or Feedback or Curtesy Call from that end.
                        Now I request you to look in to the matter and arranged to give me refund of extra fair taken by Co. Also give me Rs.2000/- per Passenger (Total Rs.8000/-)compensation for all above lacunas and mental as well as physical harassment which we suffered.
                        I am ready to submit my correspondence with VRL Ltd. if required.
                        Hoping Justice to me and my Family Members .

                        I have accepted Rs.400/- i.e. Rs.100/- per ticket as difference amount under protest.
                        I could not understand the logic behind giving me Rs.100/- per ticket.
                        My questions :-
                        (1) Whether there is a difference of Rs.100/- in fare for AC and Non AC buses for the same route. As per my knowledge there is a difference of Rs.600/- .If we travel by Non AC Sleeper Coach fare is Rs.900/- from Solapur to Wardha. You may check on any Traveling App.viz. Redbus, Make my Trip etc.
                        (2) Your driver has taken a break at "Tuljapur Toll Plaza" for Two Hours to get AC of Vehicle Repaired. Which was very inconvenient halt for Passengers.
                        (3) In Bus we travelled from Solapur to Wardha i.e. 12 Hours without AC . Moreover in Bus there were no windows. It is a compact Bus, only Two Windows are given for Ventilation on the roof of the Bus. Can you imagine in Summer days a Bus which was full of Passengers without ventilation /Air how passengers have Travelled for 12 Hours.There was suffocation to us for 12 Hours.
                        (4) In the bus our relative Mr.Goswami who is 78 years old had travelled. Can you and your company person can emagine his physical / health conditions ? Your driver brought in a crunch saying that the AC unit will be repaired at the earliest. Instead of providing alternate Buses, your people managed to Travel in the same Bus perforce.
                        (5) Due the above act bus reached at 9.00 a.m at Wardha instead of 6.30 a.m, due to this delay We missed our connected Bus scheduled at 8.30 a.m. from Wardha to Chandrapur.For this trip we were compelled to spend an additional Rs.3000/-.
                        (6) Dear Sir,
                        (a) I appeal to you to refund me my legitimate amount Rs.600/- per Ticket extra taken by you . Total Rs.2400/-., You have paid only Rs.400/- without any Logical Calculations. Is your Co. treating your Customers as Beggars and pays only Rs.100/- ? I am not claiming compensation for inconvenience and for lack of Services.
                        (b) I expect a positive response from a well known company like you. Please do not compel me to defame your Co. and to claim cost for lack in services, harassment and human right violations.
                        (c) You are requested to bring these facts to your higher ups if it does not come to your jurisdictions, I do not want to stretch it further.
                        (7) If I do not receive any communication from you on or before 10.04.2022, we will deal with it further, assuming that you have nothing to say in the matter, you are not interested in giving further Customer Services and Refund my legitimate amount to me.

                            I booked AC sleeper. I don't know why their AC is not able to reduce the temparature. It's too hot and AC is not working in the travel. They are saying ki ab kuch nhi kr skte. Charging sockets are not working. No individual lights in the travel. Forget all other things but i have to travel with no ac in 42 ° temperature. Worst experience.

                              My self Aruna Pyla Proprietor of Anjana Traders Narsipatnam PIN-531116. We have been using VRL Logistics for our shipments from all over India. Recently we had a shipment which costs around 1000+ rupees. VRL TUNI, PIN-533401 has transported the shipment without our confirmation regarding the excess cost which should be paid for the shipment. After shipment they were expecting 1250 rupees additional money just for the transport from VRL TUNI to Narsipatnam. The whole i must pay is 2275 for just 145 kgs shipment which is not acceptable for any kind of business. I must bear 16 rupees cost per kg just for shipment We have had an argument with the person named RAMESH from VRL TUNI and questioned him why they have sent without intimating about excess money to be paid. He got very angry that we are questioning him for the excess payment. He left without taking the excess amount. Today Mr. Ramesh called us again to intimate our shipment arrived to TUNI VRL. The voice was more aggressive and sarcastic and even shouting on us to collect the shipment and sarcastically asking us to carry all the required stamps etc. I don't have any issue to collect the shipment ourselves. Rather paying excess amount per kilogram for shipment i myself can collect the material for lesser changers. My question here is that this is the kind of behavioral training provide to your staff and partners. Do you really handle customers in such a way that we are scared to call your staff for any enquires? I have given more than 100000 rupees of business in last 8 months to TUNI VRL. Is this the return gift expected? I request please train your staff or partners how to respect valued customers. Please let them know that if they behave such a way with the customers the firm value would lose rather the person value. So, please take necessary precautions to not repeat such behavior. I am going to check for another alternative now as i am highly disappointed with the team behavior. I will keep VRL TUNI as last resort for my shipment for now onwards.

Till date didn't receive rest of the goods and VRL concerned person were not giving any response and for last one week they are not picking up the calls either.
                                  On 04.04.2022 while delivering goods to my location in Pune, VRL persons told that you have to pay all total amount of Rs. 39, 000 then only materials will be delivered at your place. After paying total amount then only they have delivered. Noticed materials were damaged and some of the materials were missing. When asked delivery persons they said they were not responsible for any thing you need to contact from where you have booked.
                                  This is a kind of cheating behavior, getting a full amount before delivery and delivering all materials.
                                  Requesting you to take necessary action to deliver my pending goods at the earliest and kindly arrange for the refund for the damaged goods and for not delivering my materials.

                                    Our supplier booked parcel from Delhi to Sathyamangalam, Erode district as door to door delivery basis.
                                    With too many follow up I understand parcel reached Erode office and I have to go and collect along with company stamp
                                    When I asked VRL delivery they said Sathyamangalam office already closed and no delivery at this time
                                    If it is the case why they received the parcel in Delhi because we are 60km away from Erode and we can not collect personally
                                    Really I disappointed with VRL service

                                      Hi, I am Vijay, I want to lodge complaint on the people who work at bus KA25C7667, on the date of 16th April from Bangalore to Mugalkhod, are very rude,

                                      1. first of all the bus was delayed so much it was scheduled at 8:30 and they came to yeshwanthpura at 9:12

                                      2. I booked the bus at Subramanya police station stop, they skipped the stop and made me board at yeshwanthpura

                                      3. When I asked the employee who worked there that I want to keep luggage in the backside he said it is full and behaved rudely, when I forced him to open it was completely empty. It was huge luggage in the sleeper bus and he asked me to keep on my seat, it is sleeper bus, where should I sleep?

                                      Please consider this complaint in priority, I have been using VRL for so many year, this is happening every time, the quality of the service has came down so much, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        As I get into the pickup bus at 8:15pm evening and reached main location 9:45pm and I asked staff time for dinner and they are rudely replies that you have 10mn and we won't stop in middle,
                                        And I also to i am traveling with family my father and mother old people there still they behave very arrogantly that that's not our problem.
                                        I never expected this kind of traveling experience.
