We have a journey from banglore to surat and pickup point is anand rao circle, benglore. Bus time is 7:45am and we reached at 7:20am but bus was came at 8:00 am we didn't have time issue we know about that after loading of luggage i just for purchase medicine behind the vrl office. Time was 8:15am and I'm back side of bus and shouted for stop the bus and my friends who's inside the bus he's also try to stop the bus but driver refuse it and give more acceleration to bus and i took the cab toward next stop Yeshwanthpur, where i reached before the bus and i ask to driver why you didn't stop for 1 minute as i behind the bus, he shouted back to me as we follow the schedule.
I didn't understand the schedule for 1 minute and that cost me around 300 INR. As i reached before the time of departure and bus is already late on schedule.

Took necessary action against driver as behaviour not acceptable, attitude is high against non regional customer as he think I'm not local guy so what can i do.

Please do something with this kind a drivers.

How can we satisfy with your service if we have to deal with such a person in your firm.

Not Happy with VRL bus, today bus supposed to reached Belgaum at 9AM and it got reached 11AM,

We have some urgent work to be done ..bus took more than 12 hr in bus from Bangalore to Belgaum ... Also there is no traffic also

Drink n drive

This is Aasma Lambe here, i was traveling in the bus no MH12UM1090 from mumbai to Bangalore my ticket number TR no 22108863 Date 01/10/2022.

At first the driver was arguing for the pick up point, later he said there is no place to keep the baggage in the bus, he made a call to someone and asked to speak with them, when i told about that i had my posting in Bangalore that time they allowed to carry my baggage.

Later in the morning when we ask to stop for the washroom driver is saying that till satara bus will not stop along with me there were few ladies and also few gents who wants to go to washroom but driver was not willing to stop when i force him to stop at the fuel station so he stopped by making faces.

This was more when i informed about the mistake he did so he stopped the bus and said he will not drive at all. Bcoz he was conducted driving from Bangalore to mumbai and mumbai to Bangalore.

This is the worst service i had ever in the VRL travel. It might the risk on people in bus due to the bus driver was not slept properly.

I m sending one copy to the consumer court for this kind of the driver behaviour we get from the VRL travel agency.

This is not a complaint but a request to the Director for starting their bus from Sirsi karnataka to Mumbai we passengers from Sirsi are facing lots of problems to travel to Mumbai, We do not have any good service from Sirsi.

KA 25 AA 5984 - The helper/driver doesn’t even have sense how to respond to a customer. Rude behaviour of the person and didn’t even acknowledge to stop for washroom when the customer is travelling so far. Really ashamed with the disrespectful behaviour of the helper/driver.

Travelled on 17th Aug from Bijapur to Hospet.

Booked tickets from Red Bus. The drop off clearly showed Hospet. When on board the driver informed me that the Bus would not go into the city and I would be dropped off at the bypass. I was dropped off at an unknown location about 4-5 km away from hospet at about 11.15 at night. The place was totally deserted and no transportation available at all. This was completely unacceptable. Anything could have happened to me. This is terrible travel experience and VRL is to be blamed totally.

Spent 1000 rupees to reach desired location. VRL should bear this expense and ensure they treat passengers safety as their priority.

There is 2 hours traffic here at near surat near kamrej on NH48.
Now any traffic control team to remove it.
Traffic controller taking challan of crore rupees but not solving traffic like that.
Very awakened people of nh48.
Bakwas log bakwas authority.

During the booking of ticket from Bangalore to Muddebihal on[protected] through your online portal payment has been debited Rs.595/- but ticket not Booked and amount has not been refunded, plz check and refund

One of the worst bus service, they don’t value time all they care is about their diesel and for that reason drivers are said to drive slow to save diesel. I have taken these buses for couple of times and none of the time they have reached on time cuz they are advised to drive slow. Such a big company and such a pathetic service they offer. Shame. Whenever I have booked the bus it has always been late and when I asked the bus driver they said they are advised to drive slow doesn’t matter if the bus gets too late cuz they need to save the fuel. Pathetic and shame on the VRL owner

Worst bus service there is no time punctual for ur bus service i have to reach my destination at 7;30 am still bus is far from my destination

I lost my ear phones (one plus wired with Bluetooth Rs 2000 ) in the below mentioned VRL travels, i was checked with driver while leaving he said there is no camera sir to find who took and also i was checked with other passengers as well but no one responded to me.
I called to VRL customer service but they said please lodge your complaint in nearby police station. So is it correct step to go ahed and lodge complaint on VRL travels or is there any other way. Please do let me know before i lodge a complaint.

Pick up bus drops at one point and the bus will be at the another point waiting for us.
No proper details regarding Driver contact number and Bus number on time

There is an issue with bus, waiting from 2 hour in vrl food stop, from a hour bus driver saying another bus is coming but still not yet came. Very bad service.

VRL bus breakdown at Satara at 4.30 AM with number KA25AA5991. We booked a VRL double sleeper bus from Hubli to Mumbai which started at 8.30 PM from Hubli. The total amount of the trip was 2550 rs. From the start of the trip there were multiple technical issues with the bus and the bus stopped at multiple places from Dharwad to Kolhapur and multiple repairs took place at the VRL depot. The bus broke down at Satara at 4.30 AM. We were stranded for more than 2 hours on the Satara highway and this caused a lot of inconvenience. The transport arranged after multiple calls to the VRL hubli office was a seater bus and customer care wasn't ready to speak over the call either. I demand a full refund of 2550 rs for this kind of service provided and this is the worst service ever provided from VRL

Passengers are drunk and making hell lot of noise

I am waiting at boarding point from last 4 hours also operator number is not reachable
