December 21 I booked my ticket to bijapur. When I got into the bus...i requested driver to help me to keep my bag...but he refused and talked rudely bus number was 6003...such rude behaviour of him.

    Sir, Yesterday in my journey Bus Driver is very worst not speaking properly with traveller behaving rudely and main thing Driver didn't stop at mentioned in ticket (Place ) speaking how ever he wants.. He droped us out of the place mentioned in the ticket. So take necessary action on Driver

      My consignment arrival date was 12 but it arrived on Friday itself and the staff is not at all co operative. He is just avoiding and not delivering it.. and today is fifth day that my consignment is hanging in Gaya which was departed from Mysore.. consignment number is [protected].. it was door delivery..
      And I don't know what is the condition of my consignment..
      Humble request kindly take action..

        Address: #807/8, Maruti nagar 2 nd main, Near rama temple,

        Booked bus for today 11-45 pm and bus driver is telling me to wait upto 2-00am. That too in order to get in the bus he is asking me to come remote location at 2:00 am who will be responsible if something happens to me. Don't know why VRL like companies are doing these things.

            Dear Sir,
            I had booked my ticket with VRL Travels for Goa to Mumbai on the 2/12/2021.
            The bus number is MH09CV0531.The bus broke down at Pune. The bus was in a bad state right from the start of the journey of which the bus drivers were aware of. However they still went ahead with the journey. How was the bus fitnees regime passed by the authorities. It is against the law and also a big risk to make passengers travel in a broken down bus.
            Also the passengers were made to wait on the road for more than three hours without any backup provision.
            Kindly look into the matter and sue the owners of the travels for negligence in road and passenger safety.

              I had booked 3 tickets from Hubli to Mumbai for 30th Nov 2021. We got it rescheduled to 6th Dec because my parents were not keeping well.

              Considering the rise in covid cases and my parents being senior citizens, we are planning to stay back for few days as it is a risk to travel especially when they are not fully recovered and the news of omicron cases being confirmed in Karnataka.

              When my father went to cancel the tickets, he was told that refund won’t be given for cancellation.

              In the mornal times i agree this rule can be followed but in such difficult times of covid where in people have lost their jobs and their businesses have been impacted, how can VRL not consider refunding the amount for cancellation of tickets due to some wise decision made by passengers to avoid covid infection?

              This is extremely shocking that such a vague service is coming from VRL to us as regular travellers in tuff times. This clearly shows that service of VRL travels also has gone for a toss due to which going forward we will think twice if we have to travel by VRL. There are other competitors too in the market who help support their regular travellers and should be considered in future for giving proper service.

              I am sorry to say that by denying refund for cancellation, VRL travels is looting people’s hard earned money. VRL has not even mentioned this on their portal that only 1 time cancellation/rescheduling is allowed.

              When we dont want to travel, VRL is not willing to give us the refund too. I believe this is not at all fair and right on VRL’s part.

              Where Govt. is recommending people to follow covid precaution guidelines and asking people to take extra care by not travelling, VRL on the opp side is playing with travellers’ hard earned money by not giving them refund on cancellation of tickets that too without specifically stating this 1 time cancellation/rescheduling rule in T&C’s.

              Never expected such kind of treatement from VRL.

                This is my worst experience with VRL travels. My dad was travelling from Pune to Shivamogga and Bus number KA41 D1668 journey date 24/11/2021 @16.45.
                Bus drive gave stop to have dinner @10.45 P M and there was no stop in between for urine pass also..My dad was senior citizen his age is 65 he was disappointed with your service. You guys don't have commonsense or what? There will be aged people there need to go for urine pass in between at least give 2 to 3 breaks and dinner time is 10.45pm who will have dinner at that time have some curtosy guys, we are not going free of cost, we are paying for you guys and we except good service. I request plz change dinner time to bit earlier and give some breaks in between and more over teach drivers how to talk with passengers..

                  It's the worst service they r proving. Everyday it ll be delayed to minimum 2 to 3 hrs. Upon that they do lot of time waste for loding n unloading at Gulbarga station which will take minimum one hour of time. We are booking the tickets to reach the destination safe n on time. But you are making us to wait.

They're misbehaving with the CUSTOMER. I totally ### up with them because they not use safety about COVID-19, they're not wearied mask.

                            Today on 19/10/2021 I had gone to take consignment from Goa TPT verna Goa. While taking consignment other then bill amount of 675/- which was told me before your employee extorted 25/- extra in name of Miscellaneous amount and some cash in name of handling charges and hamali charges extra. My bill of 675/- was already included with handling charges and hamali charges then why there in extortion of extra money while taking dilevery. Also your employee in Goa TPT started misbehaving because I asked them about this extra money extortion. I want to know why such unusual extortion is done and what action will be taken

                              I am father Kavya joshi... Which she was travelling from Tumkur to Gangavathi the timings were 10:15PM which was departure from tumkur As soon I got into the bus I informed staffs present in the bus to give me an alert before 10mins reaching my destination which is gangavathi so the departure timing was 4AM.. As I asked both the staffs present in the bus.. They did not give an alert.. Then they suddenly gave me an alert when I was at my destination which is gangavathi.. When I asked the staff in the bus that why didn't you have me an alert before 10 mins they just said " There are many shops open near your destination you can stand there" which I felt as careless response because I am travelling alone being a lady I felt unsafe standing there and there were no shops open there.. I reached the destination at 3:45AM I asked the staff to give me an alert before 10mins reaching my destination so that I can call my dad to pick me up.. I am Very much concerned about this.. Take this complaint seriously and give me response ASAP..

                                I had booked bus tickets for my parents from Bangalore to Manipal on 13th October 2021. It was informed that they will pick them up from Jayanagar at 7:30 pm to Majestic. My parents were 5 mins away from Jayanagar but was stuck in traffic jam due to rain. I tried contacting the contact person but he didn't receive it. After calling simultaneously for 10 mins, he received and told that they've already left from the pick up point. How irresponsible can someone be to leave the passengers like that and leave. It was not even informed! When called to the office regarding this, they asked my parents to arrange transportation and come to Anand Rao circle - VRL bus stop. When enquired about the bus, the office member asked them to go to Gandhi Nagar bus stop. Why dint they tell this at first place? The bus details were also not mailed or messaged.
                                Please don't take your passengers for granted. Very disappointed with your service.

                                  VRL bus service

                                  We have booked ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore through vrl bus from your website. While booking the bus till making payment there wasn't mentioned that RTPCR negative report is required. That is only mentioned in vrl website. There were two ladies who had to travel today 3/10/21 but at the end moment the bus ppl are asking for reports, we mentioned them that no reports but we have vaccination certificate of 2 dose completed. The VRL bus operators...

                                  This is worst service of vrl and nextly I will be complaining this to police . This issue is very annoying from your co-workers bus no. KA41D1660 from Mumbai to Hubli ond 2nd oct 2021 reason behind this is only a small report that is rtpcr. In sudden situation I booked the bus it was not showed any popup message of rtpcr so I booked the ticket and next when bus arrived bus driver and his co-worker is not at all allowing me to enter in bus they r telling me to leave the bus and get rtpcr. How to get the rtpcr report when you have the emergency situations. 3oct 2021 my life carrier exam is been missed by these bus driver. And we come from middle class and fare amount is also not refundable. Once again if you have drivers of this bus your reputation will be low and compulsory I will complaining this issue to the police. I want justice there was noo any other option. In that situation I don't even had a single penny to go for hubli in another bus and I missed my exam. In that bus my seat no L9 you can message me. Lastly I want my amount refund or the bus driver must be removed from work it will problems to your work only.

                                    Never expected this kind of result from vrl. I am very sorry to say this but unfortunately i am guild and have to proceed "owner has kept the good brand, but the travels customer service was very worst condition I traveled Davangere to Bangalore in Davangere travels staff told for kids after 2 years need to book the seat I don't know this kind of rules and his behaviour was very care less

                                      I had booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Belagavi, I jad got a communication from VRL travels with bus no KA41 0439 and I arrived at the pickup point as per schedule but they sent a bus with different number and I had got no communication on the change and even the operator hadnt updated me when I enquired. the bus left without me.
