Vsk2 International — i8 earpods defective and fraud product

I recently purchase earpods from fraudulent company - vsk2 international, gurgaon through instagram. Payment was done with my card.

The product received is not working properly with very poor sound quality and connection issues.
I need to return the product and get the refund back.

I have written emails to [protected]@i8earpods.com, but there is absolutely no response. They dont have a number to call not a proper address as well.
