I had ordered for one set of i8 earpods on 09.12.2018. Payment of rs.1499 was successfully made on 09.12.2018 ref id[[protected]]. I have received communication from hp-payumn that the payment of rs./1499.00 has been successful. Merchant vsk international has not sent any confirmation regarding the order placed / any communication regarding shipment till date. I have been trying to contact the merchant vsk international but not able to connect to them... Please take immediate action and release my order or refund my amount..
