Vsk2 International — sent wrong product

I have booked i8 earpods from vsk2 international, gurgoan, i have recieved pack on 11.08.2018 through blue dart courier, invoice no iep13012. But inside content was i7s instead of i8. Lot of variance in rate between both the products. Even the product i have received is not working. I am requesting you to take necessary action on the company for cheating the costumers.

I ordered i8 earpods then given i7s and it not working on left side ... I try to complaint him, no response came . So kindly refund the money, , , I mail him daily, , , only 3 days is refund policy ... I mailed him more than 5 days no response came from him ...
