Vtp Realty — Delay in refund, no agreement made and builder is illegally deducting money

I have 2 bookings at VTP Verve. I applied for cancellation on Feb 7th 2023 and I was told in writing over email that I will receive my refund within 45-90 days.
I have followed up more than 20 times with the CRM team and each time I've been told a new date.
The builder is also deducting 1 lac ₹ illegally as they have not made any house agreement for my bookings and so, the builder is liable to refund my full booking amount. But yet, they are deducting 1lac₹.
It's been 4 months and i still haven't received my booking amount refund of 12.4lac ₹
