This is my second complaint again same issue 2 weeks back the tech came and he said wires or motherboard problem then when I called him he said placed an order you must wait. and last week got a call from Vu customer care called saying your issue has been resolved there is no present issue the last issue showing is August 2019 that was my first complaint now they are totally ignoring I have attached a video. If a customer has to run after the very first year for repairs then what the babe of your product. 45k is not a joke we work hard for that and every now and then we have to followup for some issue or the other. Take back your TV I am fed-up.
