Complaint marked as Resolved I bought 40" vu led tv 2 years back and now there is a problem with the display. Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the engineer says that its a display panel issue and they say that it can't be repaired and the panel has to be replaced which costs around rs. 11, 000/-. This is pure cheating from vu company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 2 years! Customer care team say that it happens in some tvs, but looking at the complaints, looks like with vu tvs, it happens with 55% of their tvs!!! It is definitely an issue of their poor manufacturing quality, so why should the customer be at loss!
I request the consumer forum team to support and save me from such cheaters like vu tv.
