Recently i have noticed that some of the Apps like Youtube, Disneyhotstar, Amazon video etc are not working on my VU smart tv, when i diagnosed the issue the wifi icon says connected and no internet however i am able to play movies on Netflix . I am not sure what is the issue here. Kindly look into it.

Sir, i will purchase a tv in tamilnadu state cheyyar in danapal store i will purchase a 50inchqdv and he will give the 43inch remote and warranty card. After eight months we have a display problem and ask the vu consumer centre your warranty is wrong so warranty is should not be claim. I will this your problem only please solve this and he say i will discuss in higher end and tell after 5 days i will ask the reply he will play Ashley. I will have a wrong warranty card photo prove and audio recording please reply me otherwise i will files the case in consumer court.

I just pu tv 2 year back and got the problem now company is saying they need 25k to resolve problem

Got this TV installed on 30th July 2019. It was working well until 13 March 2022. When I turned this TV on, it started flickering and turned itself off.

BT audio get distorted once I connect it with any BT speaker or headphone. but after switching off and on it will become ok.

I bought 32" vu led tv 2 years back and now there is a problem with the display panel (Vertical lines on the screen). Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the engineer says that its a display panel issue and they say that it can't be repaired and the panel has to be replaced which costs around rs. 10, 000/-. This is pure cheating from vu company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 2 years! Customer care team say that it happens in some tvs, but looking at the complaints, looks like with vu tvs, it happens with 90% of their tvs!!! It is definitely an issue of their poor manufacturing quality, so why should the customer be at loss!

I request the consumer forum team to support and save me from such cheaters like vu tv.

I have registered for repairing my the VU TV on VU service center . They inform me that service will be on chargeable basis as it is out of warranty period and they will provide the service after the payment of visiting Charge of Rs. 800. I have paid the amount of Rs 800 on 02/12/21 through Google pay. But till date they have not provided the service . So it is very shameful that they failed to satisfy the customer....

Vu display can be seen on putting on after that its off...65 inch bought new tv 1.5 years back...since august not working ...no response from vu...

Tv is not getting ON when we switching on the switch sparking sound coming from the TV

I had purchased Vu Iconium 140 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV on 14 October 2018. I was promised that my Android would get automatically updated from 7 to higher version. It has been almost 3 years but till now I did not receive any update. I am not able to view OTP chanels, most of the applications are not supported and always have software issue. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue. Tried to reach customer support but they advise that company has not updated or upgraded the Android version.

I have puchased a vu smart android TV of 49inch in feb2020 and now in the month of June 2021 it has back lighting vertical strip issues which is very annoying and uncomfortable sight. Really extended warranty would have been a good solution to this. Flipkart should not sell these type of products at all... unnecessary wastage of money
