I had purchased Vu Iconium 140 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV on 14 October 2018. I was promised that my Android would get automatically updated from 7 to higher version. It has been almost 3 years but till now I did not receive any update. I am not able to view OTP chanels, most of the applications are not supported and always have software issue. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue. Tried to reach customer support but they advise that company has not updated or upgraded the Android version. Was this information helpful? |
