VU 43CA TV AV pin Broken within 8 months low quality of pin and I was complaint to VU WhatsApp number also they not response. They told as with 24 hours of complaint registration. Here they not keeping the assurance My advice please check the product before buy otherwise we affected 1.Quality of product, 2. Service, 3.Spares.

Dear VU,
Don't treat like a toys. This is my first product of VU.

My vu tv is 2 years and 4 months old and its started shaking and vertical lines are coming.
When i called customer care, they gave me some vu technical assitants and they asked me to whatsapp the video of the issue.

Then they came to my home and collected 900 rs and said display is gone.
They did not even open my tv and its hanging aorund my hall and i have no clue what should i do.
53 k spent and its gone after 2 years and 4 months. Its really ridiculous to have a such a bad quality.
I would need real compensation from vu to get my display fixed and im hearing the display might cost more than 20k..

If we say anything can happen in electronics why do they make such premium tvs? 55 inch for 53 k.

Its damn costlier and not even lasts for 2 year.

I had bought vu led previous year in last second month and its model no is 43ga. It is 43 inch smart led tv. I bought it by online shopping thorough amazon and it was delivered and installed properly. And it was working properly but yesterday it shut down automatically and then did not start again and does not show any signal. And it is in warranty period so i request you to check this as soon as possible.. Thankyou

This is my second complaint again same issue 2 weeks back the tech came and he said wires or motherboard problem then when I called him he said placed an order you must wait. and last week got a call from Vu customer care called saying your issue has been resolved there is no present issue the last issue showing is August 2019 that was my first complaint now they are totally ignoring I have attached a video. If a customer has to run after the very first year for repairs then what the babe of your product. 45k is not a joke we work hard for that and every now and then we have to followup for some issue or the other. Take back your TV I am fed-up.

I purchased vu led tv on 25.06.2019 from flipkart on beawar address but for installation i requested to flipkart change address to acl town ship village rabriyawas and they accepted and changed address but now they are denying to install tv at new address and saying that this is not their servicable area and ypu should contact to vu tv. When i contacted to vu company they agreed to send service engineer to my new address but after somedays they also denying to send service engineer for installation please help me regarding this

After seeing so many positive reviews on vu tvs, i bought my vu tv for rs 53000/- in the month of july 2017 with lots of expectations on it.
We hardly watch tv not even just 3 hours a day and carefully protected till now without any single scratch.
But it is not even 2 years (Just at 18th month), it's display went off without our mistake or intervention. I called vu service engineer, paid rs 900/- and he said tv panel should be replaced and estimated price is rs 29, 500/-. They are asking me to pay this amount which is more than half of the tv price which i can not bear.
When we strongly ask them repeatedly, they are just saying that may be due to voltage fluctuations but if that is the case, all other electronic devices in my home should get damaged at the same point due to same rectifier problem. But all other electronic devices are good except tv. Also there is not even a single voltage drop happened at my home. They are not even able to tell the exact reason for this display panel problem as its a manufacturing defect piece.
Imagine my situation at this point, it is really painful to spend that much amount.
If it is a non-branded company tv, i would have somehow accepted it but it is a trusted vu branded tv. I referred so many colleagues believing it and they too bought after me.
We keep calling customer care, branch office people but not getting proper response.
Vu company is just cheating the customers by providing the manufacturing defect pieces which do not last for even 2years. It is just a fraud.

Vu tv — vu 47"led tv display panel issue

I bought 48" vu led tv 2 years back and now there is a problem with the display. Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the engineer says that its a display panel issue and they say that it can't be repaired and the panel has to be replaced which costs around rs. 32, 000/-. This is pure cheating from vu company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 2 years! Customer care team say that it happens in some tvs, but looking at the complaints, looks like with vu tvs, it happens with 55% of their tvs!!! It is definitely an issue of their poor manufacturing quality, so why should the customer be at loss!
Customer care also offered buyback option in that they will give you 3000 rupees only of your.

I request the consumer forum team to support and save me from such cheaters like vu tv.

Hello sir namaste.. I bought tv n paid 21000 rs onspot... But after next day open it was completely broken tv given by your side... Its about a nearly month ago still not done picked up or replacement my tv... From this issue my entire family totally disappointed, crying, suffering from biggest pain because of you... We took 21000rs by 5%interest loan from lender... Please make sure replacement as soon as possible.. We beg you from bottom of our heart... Please please sir solve my most biggest problem sir... I have purchase a telivision set from reliance digital mall pune belonging to VU company on[protected] with the name of Dinesh Bhad . registered mobile no [protected] model no.VU LED 32D7545 total costed rs 14990. till 7 months it was working properly but before 10 days on date 6 may 2018 suddenly something internally happened to tv and the display was not looking properly so i immediately called reliance digital customer care no and they told us that the enginner will come in 48 hours to our place but 48 hours got passed and no one came to our house we kept trying reliance digital customer care no. everyday they kept telling us that he will come soon on 12 may 2018 on saturday a person came to our house and we asked him to checked the tv first but he told us that he was not a proper company's engineer he is working in RO company and he said i have came to take the tv . the person and his partner were travelling on a two wheeller on the road of our area which are not proper therefore the tv would have got more dammaged.
on that day only after 3-4 hours we called the reliance digital store and the mam tooked a phone then we asked her about the tv then she told us that it was a miner problem in your tv will get repaired soon but after 2 days the mam called us and told us that our tv was physically damaged and asked us to pay 18, 800 rs.
so it is are humble request to you that please repair are tv as soon as possible by warrenty.
