Tried switching off and on... still only red light keeps blinking and nothing else happens..

      I raised complaint on 20 Feb 2021,
      After that technician visit my location and told me there is display issue.
      Need to pickup your tv and will update after that.
      On 8 March 2021 my tv VU 55'inch got pickup by Jeeves member.
      After that I call customer care ..
      They told me we don't have any update regarding your tv pickup.
      This is really pathetic service and behaviour from customer care end .

        I bought a VU 43 inch TV in 25/10/2019 for 16749. After the warranty period of one month my display had a blinking problem. There are no physical damages to the TV.
        For the technician initial visit they have charged 1000 rupees which is very high for an initial inspection. After the visit they mentioned that the whole display needs to be changed which costs around 12000 which is almost close to the price of the TV. This is really insane price they are asking for the repair...for just one year why should we buy this TV for 16, 749.please kindly provide any suggestion that will benefit me.

          I have bought 65 inch (164 cm) on 14.02.2021... While buy the tv Mr.Rahul (Sales executive) said TV will be delivered around 7 pm on 14th... So we paid full cash. But we haven't received the tv again we made a call he said today Sunday so we couldn't send I will send by courier tomorrow morning it will be reach 15th noon. Again we made a call 15th noon. He said you will received the tv tomorrow morning 10am (16.02.21). Due to transport issue... At lost we have received a tv 16 th evening... Again we got problem from instalation ... Very very worst response from your dealer... Very annoyed... We never expect these kind of service. Pls look into the issue... Tv didn't installed..

            I have recently replaced vu power supply as tv stop working there technician advice me too do so
            They remove the original part and replaced with the new one and took the old part with them
            They charged me for full new part also
            And also took the old original part
            I complaint for this too vu company
            But there was no response

            Again now my tv had stop working
            And asked for technicuan visit
            They told there visit charges are 1500
            And if any problem parts will be charged

            So it's like buying vu tv has frustrated me
            And really a great loss and dissatisfaction
            Wen there is problem in tv you should atleast solve the problem with best efforts and low cost
            Thats what company after service should be reliable for
            But here I am really upset in great loss and really unsatisfied with service of company

            Wi will never ever suggest anyone to be part of vu company and share this experience with everyone

              I am in need of your Support Here.

              I Bought VU 138 cm (55 Inches) Smart 4K Ultra HD LED TV Pixelight 55BPX TV from TATA Cliq on 11-Sep, 2019. But unfortunately, it stopped working today & we are getting red color blinking light.

              When I was checking with the Warranty Procedures, as it's not even 1.4 years old. I am not getting a proper response from the Service Team & They are asking me Rs.1500/- just for the Visiting. This is Ridiculous.

              I have spent around 28 K on this poor Quality Brand. Here I am in need of your help to get this addressed and I want the VU service team to address this free of cost as it's a quality issue.

                    Dear sir/Madam,

                    I had purchased my VU television last year soon in 3 to 4 months my television video was not working and audio could be heard. I complained and after long discussion with Goa and Mumbai office it was decided to replace the part with the assurance from Mr. Vinod (Mumbai office) that
                    if anything such occurs in future ur television set vl be replaced. The reason for not replacing TV was told as they don't havr it in stock. I asked this to mail me he said k I vl but later on whenever I used to call he used to disconnect the call. It was a matter of trust I said to replace the part but now it's like they don't care about the customer as the complaint was resolved

                    Now last week same problem occured and same solution was given to replace the part. Everytime I need to wait for your technical team to come check than I have to take follow from my side wait for weeks for TV to get repaired Everytime if this same issue come up and same part needs to be replaced thn what the use of me opting for VU tvs, if they cannot resolve my issues nor give a good service. Warranty is a way to replace any defect caused to the product but everytime same defect and that too in 5 months. Not that I expected from VU.

                    Kindly replace my defectiveTV set with a new one

                      I bought a Vu TV from Flipkart around 4 years ago . I recently asked customer service for a remote as it had gone out of order . I was asked to pay an exhorbitant price of Rs 1400 in advance before they would send it . After a few weeks I agreed to pay it under duress of having an original equipment from Vu . I was shocked that they now they inform me to pay Rs 3500. I can't believe this type of customer fleecing . Vu wants to charge 1000 percent more than the market rate of remotes ? I shudder to think what they will charge me if I have to get my tv repaired in the future .

                      As such I am highly disappointed at their business ethics of fleecing customers once they have bought their product ! I would like this to be known to their management as an erstwhile customer.

                        I had faith in this brand, which lead me to buy this tv (Vu Cinema TV -Action Series -2021 Model) ) on the launch day itself.

                        Since then, I am following up with VU customer care over calls & emails to get it installed but they are not ready to support it & keep redirecting to Amazon for the installation.

                        I have never seen such a pathetic customer support system, where they don't have time to listen to customer request & non-supporting attitude, even in the first phase of interaction with the brand (installation/demo)

                        My Name is Hareesh Kurapati Native of Warangal, I have purchased VU 65 Inches TV from Sadguru Electronics - Properator (Venugopal[protected], I have taken delivery on 25th Evening. For Installation, an Executive of VU Name Sathish Boddu - Number [protected], He is telling that he have given me call for 5 times and my mobile which does not have any record of his number. He is arguing instead of Installation. He is saying if you argue then do what ever you want. If you stay with patience then I will do installation. What is this type of JOB and what is this type of attitude. What should I do if I get a bitter experience from VU Exeuctive who comes for Installation. Is this right way to speak. What is this Issue. Why we have purchased this product and what type of experience which I never tolerate at all. Please help me.

                          I bought a 50 inch TV in May 2017 for 30500. I have taken an extended warranty as well which was valid till May 2020. A week back my display suddenly stopped working. There are no physical damages to the TV.
                          For the technician initial visit they have charged 1500 rupees which is very high for an initial inspection. This is really insane price they are asking for the repair and I see this happening with a lot o[censored]sers as well.

                              TV is repeatedly going on standby mode.

                              I have bought a Vu TV on 21/07/2020 Vu 32 inch HD Ready LED TV with FM Radio having IMEI no.[protected]. This TV is being ordered through Flipkart. Now Tv is facing regular standby mode issue. It goes on standby mode repeatedly.

                              I have registered a complaint after which they have changed the PCB of my LED TV. But the problem remains same....

                              I registered call with VU customer support by paying 1500, call no is VU837180, technician even without checking tv is telling to replace both power circuit and mother board as only power board has problem, could you please give us proper solution by analyzing it properly.

                                  My tv was showing vertical lines, i was told it will be repair or replaced in 1 week. it took them 1 month . after the repair or replacement it again is showing white blank screen in 1 week of repair.

                                  can i sue vu tv for this kind of product after taking 20k + its not working properly for 1 year .also in the time of pandemic when tv is the only entertainment we have its really difficult for whole family to be without tv .for months

                                      Your employee from coimbatore sharuk service engineer came for installation.he is using waste product of screw for installation tv.but he is telling that this wall is not suitable for wallmount installation.for measurements he is not having measurements tape itself.he using thread for the measurements.what is your company service.manager is telling that for that product we is not responsible you ask the service engineer.
