i have purchsad 55 inch vu QLED tv on 15/10/2022, n i have a problam in panel, i dont know whats prob in my tv i call many many times serivice center but no response in there side, after so many call yesterday has visited your engineer along with another model pannel what kind of service .it's very pathetic service . I need replace my TV .i m un happy this product i sugust to all india public this product is very poor n chep no serice provide n no custmor statisfation….

Vu 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) Smart Google TV which I have purchased through Flipkart on[protected].It was installed on[protected] by the Installation Engineer at around 04:15 pm and it worked fine initially. But after one hour of installation, it has stopped working as it is not able to connect to the internet through Wifi. Please register the complaint and get the TV replaced in order to avoid any further inconvenience to me and my family.

I bought VU 43 inch led tv 2 year back.. After 2 yr in tv display vartical and horizontal line show. When I contact service center they ask advance visiting charge Rupies 900/. Panel cost approx above 80% of tv price. Vu Tv panels quality is very poor. Maximum tv have same issu. After warranty pried end tv have start problem.. Which I show also my friend VU TV.. Which I recommended him. Now my tv is hanging on wall as a showcase. Very bad experience with vu tv.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received when attempting to address a problem with my VU TV. Not only did the TV malfunction, but the technicians assign by your brand was highly unprofessional, someone called me from mobile number [protected] and saying that he cannot come to our home to check the TV, he will come when ever think. We expected some Qulatiy on the product, That is the reson we bought it but we are extremelty disstatisfied with the device because within one month TV got faulty.

Secondly, the technicians assigned by your brand to fix the TV were highly unprofessional. They were rude and dismissive when I attempted to explain the problem, and seemed to have no interest in addressing the issue properly. They did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and as a result, my TV is still not working.

I find it unacceptable that I spent a significant amount of money on a VU TV and received such poor service when attempting to address a problem. I would appreciate it if you could take action to replace the faulty unit as promised during the purchase.

I am eager to hear from you regarding the steps you will take to address this matter.

We bought a 4K Google TV from VU two months ago. A week ago we called the service because the remote was not working properly and for that a technician from Vu company came to fix our TV and when we asked some doubts about the remote he disrespectfully asked us rude and inappropriate words and left. So this branded Vu company is harassing the consumers with many raiders so I request to take action against this company and service boy first

As we requested for engineer visit to home as TV not working properly and it was a paid visit. VU customer care was not ready to take a complaint as they told we need to check parts then only we can take request and arrange engineer hence shared all model no and serial no then they registered complaint and visited now they are telling parts not available and don't know when parts available. This is company issue as they have to provide parts or they have to buy back old stock as we can not change the costliest TV in 3-4 years.

As I have logged a complaint with VU tv for a television display issue they have charged 800 rs.
After talking to the service advisor, Technician came to inspect the TV and he doesn't have any understanding of what is the issue, he thought its a new installation. he has spoken to someone from the office and decided it is a backlight issue. After that are unable to provide the Service, as the backlight is not available as of then due to the tv model being old. I brought the Tv around 24k around 6 years back.
Why are they selling old and outdated products, releasing the products into the market without spare parts availability is a lousy option.
Customer care team (Namita Jaiswal)response is very bad, while I was talking she disconnected my call. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I request the consumer forum team to support and save consumers from such cheaters like vu tv.

My TV is VU TV, in which I'm unable to download any app and also I can't even see Google playstore in it. Frankly, If i open vu app store, it is giving result as failed to load application list. How can I resolve this issue?? Please help me..

I have bought vu 4k led. Tv purchased is only 1 year and issue is starting.
My tv is running and suddenly it's shutdown automatically, than after tv is not started.
Aside customer is not satisfied to purchase product. If I have facing issue in year than how to suggest other customers to bought.

Hii madam ur company person came n alloted a new Tv but after installing within 3 hours the screen is totally black out and whole screen is FLICKERING im sending u the video.

Last Month January I registered a Complaint regarding TV panel issue after Service team contact us and they come and exam after told they will replace tv with in week. After around 1 week give another TV suddenly they fix and technician gone same day we check after we relished that not our tv actually my tv Model is 43US Android but we got 43UH Linux os TV the i contact technician he told to me they will replace within 1 week also i demand one confirmations mail from Vu team but they didn't give me. during the time customer care team gave me one number he is kerala head one mr Christy and i contact him i told all the details and ask me details and send to him invoice and photo of issue TV but important think is same condition from his side he don't reply. Now its Over 20 days i didn't get my TV So Please us ASAP

I had ordered TV on 16th Oct 22 for delivery on 23rd Oct 22 post installation it stop on 24th Oct 22 it not worked even 24hr time how someone can give fault product to consumer on same day complain loadged to Amazon but no one visit place nor contact us... Now I am hoping you will take action on urgent basis.

We have tried almost all the possibilities to connect internet but not working.

Tv is failed to list the available WI FI list and it's keep on searching only not listing any wifi names.

My vu tv is not working seen power issue, Kindly provide a service engineer at the earliest.
