I have bought Vu tv 4k led
But there is issue create in only 1 year there is no proper service and security for tv.
Aside customer is not satisfied because incurring huge amt and there is no such security.

My tv is totally off and there is no technical support

I am purchased VU 50 PM tv in September 22, but not my wifi is not working.

Engineer changed part but still I am facing same issue again and again

Worst product this is

Hii madam ur company person came n alloted a new Tv but after installing within 3 hours the screen is totally black out and whole screen is FLICKERING im sending u the video.
How is this possible? Please sort it out.

Last Month January I registered a Complaint regarding TV panel issue after Service team contact us and they come and exam after told they will replace tv with in week. After around 1 week give another TV suddenly they fix and technician gone same day we check after we relished that not our tv actually my tv Model is 43US Android but we got 43UH Linux os TV the i contact technician he told to me they will replace within 1 week also i demand one confirmations mail from Vu team but they didn't give me. during the time customer care team gave me one number he is kerala head one mr Christy and i contact him i told all the details and ask me details and send to him invoice and photo of issue TV but important think is same condition from his side he don't reply. Now its Over 20 days i didn't get my TV So Please us ASAP

Red & blue both lights on at the same time. Tv not turning on.

Red light is on but tv is not getting ON.

I have been a vu tv customer for two years.
The TV's complaint has not been resolved despite continuous service requests. My tv which is display compliant was taken away and someone's old tv was repaired and the display was replaced and given to me. Service requests have been raised several times asking that the said TV is totally compliant and that it should be replaced. One of your service engineers has visited and realized the complaint...

I had ordered TV on 16th Oct 22 for delivery on 23rd Oct 22 post installation it stop on 24th Oct 22 it not worked even 24hr time how someone can give fault product to consumer on same day complain loadged to Amazon but no one visit place nor contact us... Now I am hoping you will take action on urgent basis.

We have tried almost all the possibilities to connect internet but not working.

Tv is failed to list the available WI FI list and it's keep on searching only not listing any wifi names.

My vu tv is not working seen power issue, Kindly provide a service engineer at the earliest.

Tv is under warranty, half of the display has gone bad on tv, technician did confirm the defect, however there is no response from the company to Fix the tv. They have stopped responding

When I am using TV with Bluetooth, the voice is breaking

My LED TV has color issues and tv display has some visible lines going up and down i made a complaint in Jeeves and it was registered on 19 th sept 2022 then they cancelled it without my consent and reraise again but they don't provide any complete information to a customer.

I have purchased 43 inch VU LED TV with 5 year extended warranty of Zopper from Kohinoor Andheri (Mumbai) store .

Now It’s been a month my TV is not working .
The technician from Zopper visited and since then there is no revert back from the company.

No one is taking responsibility of it .
My TV is under warranty and Zopper is not responding.

As I have logged a complaint with VU tv for television software update they have charged 1000 rs and unable to provide the software and even motherboards are also not available as per then due to tv model is old. I brought the Tv around 40k
45 inch 4K smart Tv software is not available with VU team which is strange but still they charged 1000rs as charge for visiting who dont even know anything such a bad experience with Vu,
Will harsh in behavior and no response from service team since 1 month,
This kind of behavior I did not expect from them these should treated with fine and VU tv brand should be banned why are they selling old and outdated products, releasing the products into the market without software availability is bad option..

I had purchased Vu smart tv on 12/08/2019 and it was working good till date. On 12 June 2022 it had a problem of mother board so it was replaced with warranty and then on 15 July 2022 there had been a horizontal line on the screen so i had call thier costomer care team and their appointed technician told us that the new led pannel will have to replace replaced under warranty within 2 week's and it was done by him in good way, but on 29 July 2022 the tv which was replaced by them was defective and not switching on, so i had to call them ask for re replacement. And also they had not given me any accessories of the new replaced tv but on second replacement they have given me the accessories of it that means they were manipulating customers and were doing false Trade Practices

So i want to file a case on Vu technology pvt ltd to seek for financial compensation of Rs 80 Lakhs for my Mental Agony due to their bad service that is also for 2 times.
