I had purchased Vu smart tv on 12/08/2019 and it was working good till date. On 12 June 2022 it had a problem of mother board so it was replaced with warranty and then on 15 July 2022 there had been a horizontal line on the screen so i had call thier costomer care team and their appointed technician told us that the new led pannel will have to replace replaced under warranty within 2 week's and it was done by him in good way, but on 29 July 2022 the tv which was replaced by them was defective and not switching on, so i had to call them ask for re replacement. And also they had not given me any accessories of the new replaced tv but on second replacement they have given me the accessories of it that means they were manipulating customers and were doing false Trade Practices

So i want to file a case on Vu technology pvt ltd to seek for financial compensation of Rs 80 Lakhs for my Mental Agony due to their bad service that is also for 2 times.

I had purchased tv from VU 55" television on 27 June 22 for Rs.43k with three year warranty, but it is not functioning since 25 August 22, 3 times technician came to replace part, but every time they use to find different issue, now they are asking me that they are going to change/ replace some other part, Already two times they had changed the parts, and still the issue had not been resolved, So they have now replaced my old TV set with a new one but the packing is of very poor quality seems to be like a refurnished TV set been hand-over. So there is no surety that the TV been replaced is of a new lot since the outside packing does not support the same .
This multiple repairs and several communication are giving me a mental setback and not been accepted by a brand like VU .
So kindly consider my above petition and arrange me a brand new TV set or else refund me the paid amount .

After launching the complant on this portal, company had called me, told that they will replace the new tv, but Today they deliver the old/ second habd tv to me, which I don't accepted,

Please help me getting the amount refund.
Company is wasting my and my family time and It is mentally distrubing me a lot,

My VU 55UT model stopped working then I send a mail to company, they asked me to pay 1500/- for service, I paid the money then one Technician from company had come to my home and looked at the issue and found that Mother Board has the issue, which needs to be replaced with new one.

I have purchased vu TV in 2019. When we press power button at remote, main screen appear in very faint colour and blackened down immediately. Not able on the tv. They are providing very cheap quality of product which last for only two years. Looking at display complaint of verious customers, I can say they are fooling customers with their cheap quality product.
Now I have tried to register request for service on their website. I have received OTP, but after receiving OTP screen has no other option. This is also cheating. I want to file complaint against them in consumer forum.

This month (18.08.2022) i bought new VU (40pm) 4K led TV. I purchased the television near my home town.
The television was working fine, at the same time suddenly, the mother board Integrate circuit was burnt . I bought just 12 days ( warranty period is 3 years and expired in 12 days ...) So, disappointed..
At the same time i was complaint the showroom . But their response was not satisfactory..so, i lost hope . And I attached the damaged photo copy of the mother board and then finally i request you to replacement this product.

Mera VU ka tv kharab ho gya h jiske liye maine vu ko complaints kiya. Uske baad VU ka mere ko mail aaya ki pehle aapko 1500 rs pay krna hoga or unhone link share ki or bola payment confirmation ke baad do ya teen din mai banda aapke paas pahunch jayega . 5.8.22 ko payment ho gya or aaj 16.8.22 tk koi banda nhi aaya .mai bahut pareshan ho chuka hu VU ka tv lekr. I bought a tv 40 days before only . But from today morning lines in screen.

Vu 4k 50" hd tv recently purchased but the tv remote is not working (it's not battery complaint) the remote keys are not working...

My 55 inch 4k tv is compliant. It's been 6 months.

I have made around 12, 500 rupees within 3months and no resolution yet. Firstly they don't have right skill people to investigate the issue, secondly entire product is having a fault in this case what service engineer can do. Guys please don't try to buy this product, even after looking at this post if you want to buy the TV here is the split up.
Tv Costed - 36, 000
Service Charges within 2 years - 12, 500
Extract visiting charges - 1500 each visit
now 365 in a year = 2*365 = 730
Total Amount Paid = 36, 000 + 12, 500 = 48, 500
Each day you may have to pay around 70 rupees.
Country is in developing phase and these type of scrap TV are eating our GDP. Please advices how to avoid such faults in future and save customers from this trap.

I have purchased VU Smart LED TV on 9th March, 2020 and it was installed successfully by the engineer at my home address in Noida Sector- 24, Near ESIC Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. From yesterday, there is a display problem in TV that sometimes LED brightness automatically decreases and after 5-10 minutes there is a black blank screen on tv occurs only sound is coming . When we restart the TV it runs normally for 5-10 minutes and again the same black screen occurs. Earlier it has a sound problem but your service team has fixed it properly. Hopefully this time your team helps me again.I am an office person so it was not so easy to be available the whole week so it is my request to please send your engineer during the weekend days Saturday/Sunday. I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible and send an engineer to fix the problem because I have not expected such issues from a brand like VU. Waiting for a positive response. I have sent this email to vu televisions regarding default in product and my product was out of warranty period hence they demanded 800 rs. fees for visit of their service executive at my home place in their reply which is as follows:-

As you are aware and as per our records your Tv is not under Warranty or / any AMC agreement.

Later they have send their executive and told me that he will send me quotation details of my TV regarding the cost of defected part of my TV. and after 2 days I have received their mail in which they have demanded RS. 12000/- for replacement of defected part of TV ...

I have purchase the TV at price of Rs. 9999/- and these idots are demanding Rs. 12000/- for a defected part of my TV .. what is this ? I have visited some other places and came to know that the defected part is hardly cost about rs.[protected] only so it is clear that Vu televisions is a big thug who is looting millions of customers .. boycott this third class company.

Stand by red light turns as blue when powered on through remote. But not booting or there is no any picture. Model No. 32S7545 - Vu smart TV. Please help. The problem is there since last 2 - 3 days.
