Hi,

I bought VU TV in 2017 and it was working fine until yesterday. Suddenly it turned off while watching it. After that it is not turning on. I can see the red light is blinking at some interval. No display . Please help me in resolving this issue

    While turning tv on display not coming.Red led light blinks but display not getting..Trued un plugging and then turned on but no luck.Please help me resolve this ussye asap.

            I owe VU 43 inch uhd smart tv, which i purchased one year back.There are almost 50% same issue with all customers as i saw on internet . This is purely cheating with consumers. I bought it for 25000 inr with my hard earned money . We must raise a consolidate complain against the company, then only they will consider. Please contact me and help us get the justice.

                Hi,
                I have bought Vu TV (Ultra HD Smart TV 55 inch)few years back for my parents and that time we were not using wifi.
                Now when I tried installing apps on TV it doesn't support any app as there is no Play Store installed. It only has Opera store which doesn't have any Indian apps like Hotstar, Prime, Zee5 etc.
                I have also tried side installing the apps but that is also not working.
                So there is no use of buying Smart TV for 55k, such a waste. No option to run only with DTH only it's just working as normal tv.

                      Vu Remote not working properly, when we used to install new Duracell batteries within 1 month batteries are draining. We use vu remote only for power button. Mostly we use dish tv remote. please kindly check my problem and replace new remote.

                        Vu TV backlight problem

                        I got a backlight problem (only sound, no picture on[protected] for my VU tv some 7-8 months back. I called a customer care, they gave me one number ([protected] - Name may be Asif) . I called this guy, he gave me one more number ([protected]-Chandra shekar). I called Chandra shekar.

                        He first told that TV has just back light problem and Vu company will take nearly 6-7k to repair this, i will get this done for less amount and...

                                  I have purchased 43"VU Android tv in Jan 2021 Now i am facing screen Bleeding problem,

                                  Earlier we faced same problem. we informed to VU show room person. They replaced the new one.

                                  This is not fare on the replaced TV where we are facing same issue again, this is disappointing us on VU brand.

                                  Now we informed to your local show room. they asking Rs. 22500 for repair.

                                  Though we have warranty period. then why they have asking money for rectification.

                                  Pls take this issue on priority & rectify same as soon as well.
