In tv the power button not working at all

I have given my Tv for screen issue at gajuwaka Vu Authorised service center.

He didn't repaired my tv properly and returned me the by charging 4500rs.

I am asking him from 1 and half month to give bill, he is not giving.

He is telling I can't give invoice from Vu side, I can give my own bill.

He cheated us.

Please help..

VU 43 inch TV no display

When I going to cast my mobile screen the picture not showing in the tv. Besides this when I purchased from Flipkart it's mentioned that it has 8 gb ram but it has only 4 gb.
Not on this I have facing trouble to play zee5 content because it's very slow to process this content and become very slow.

I have purchased 32"VU tv in July 2020
But now i am facing screen Bleeding problem, I want to replace my tv with new 43" inch tv

I Have bought VU LEDTV 43 inch Smart TV in Dec 2018 and within 1.5 years o[censored]se, the mother board got defective. After a lot of struggle from the service station, the mother board was replaced. To my surprise, the mother board was again failed to operate. I raised a ticket in September asking some technician to attend the same. After attending the issue, it was informed to me that it requires replacement of mother board. For that they asked me to make payment of cost of mother board in advance. After making the payment, I started following them but there was hardly any response from the service station in Bangalore or from the technician. When checked with technician, he said he is dependent on the Mumbai office to send the spare parts. After a lot of hussle, and after raising the complaint, the lady named as Shwetha responded in very rude way that i have to wait until they receive the spare parts from Mumbai. I would like to know that after waiting for more than 7 days, why it takes so long time to get the parts. This clearly shows that the company do not maintain inventory of spare parts and depend on customer money to order for replacement. This clearly shows the credibility of the company and the rude behaviour of the staffs. I would strongly recomend to the consumer to think thrice before owning the product from VU California.

Vu television I brought it April 2019. And it's warranty up to end of this year. This product frequently complaints .each year they will replace the products. But I suspected product quality. because I am using Samsung tv for the last 5 years without any complaints on the same premises.

I am concerned about if the product becomes out of warranty. what can I do? Like each year I am facing these issues.
Either provide a good product or extend the warranty or get my money back.

TV Normally ON, But display fully white come

I have purchased this VU 65 LX tv on 27th September, 21.
We were watching tv today and suddenly the screen colours changed. We even changed the channel but still it was the same.
So I request for an exchange of my purchase as been one day and this not the quality I expect from your company. I have clicked the picture and hereby the attached the same.
I would like you to look into the matter soon as possible and please I want the exchange of the new tv.

I Purchased TV before 6 Month but from last 15 days Remote not working. i went to TV shop but i not got Good Response from Shop Keeper .
I have to register complaint for not working TV Remote and Complaint against this Third class VU Dealer.

TV remote not working properly. I installed new batteries as well but its not working fine .

TV is not turning on. Power is on but still not turning on

Hi…my two month old tv is not working properly. Power light is continuously blinking but tv is not getting started. I contacted Vu customer support but got no response from them till now, very pathetic experience from Vu technologies

I have sent a mail on 11th September for registering my service request for checking the VU TV problem. They replied on sunday to make payment Rs. 1500/- Inspection charges and have paid it on 12th Sunday itself and till now i am not getting the CRN no and the engineer details. I have been calling and sending mails and no proper response. I didn't get any responsible people in Chennai contact details. Why they are taking to attend the service call so much time and when they will rectify my TV and put on Service. This is how you will provide the service. If i know this kind of service you will provide, i would thrown out this TV in bay of bengal and never think about VU TV in my life time. For your information I bought 7 TV s of VU in the last 3 years for my family. This is really not appreciable sir.

I will not recommend to anyone and put the service quality in the social media also.

Kindly check and depute the engineer today itself and rectify the problem.

Television is not starting the Power light Is blinking again and again.

Earlier when I was watching television it switched off the screen automatically and power light started to blink now it is not getting started even after unplugging the main switch.

We bought Vu TV 40 inch led TV from nikshan electronics at kannur on August 19, 2018. We got 3 year warranty which is company offer at that time. And the just expired last month and now tv god damaged. This is so unfair and I really think I got cheated and now the company is saying we have to pay a big amount to get it repaired which almost cost the same amount of that tv. I kindly request to give fair solution for this. The bill is attached...

Pathetic service from Vu
We have purchased Vu 55 inch TV in October 2018 near by Crome store located in LB nagar.since date of purchase repeatedly encountering repairs in every 8 to 10 months .A default or faulty product was sold by Vu.very poor customer support. Number of times we have raised request for product replacement but no proper response from Vu
