I purchased Vu ultra smart 40 inch LED TV on 17th Nov 2019 and additional warranty of 2 yrs, now i had an issue with Display which is partially showing crack.
I had called customer support they said to mail to customer support, which I did on Saturday 7th August, after continuous follow up from my end, today i got reply that I have to pay 19000/ for panel.
Request to please help me as actual cost of the Tv is 16999/ and Vu company is giving me a quote of 19000/.
Iam waiting from one week, no one had called from Vu service team or no one visited, please let me know, is the service we get in warranty period.

Recently one of a technician from Vu tvs came to visit, he only took the photos of led tv and now company says it's not our fault, already I submitted photos from my end also, which shows there is no crack from external sides, no one cared about customer words.
Please help me.
