Tv is not responding to the remote

T v not working white line blinking in the center

When I power on the tv led light start blinking continuously, No display appeared. Please solve my problem.

I buy vu tv 55inch in online before 2years.they work well past 2years.suddenly 1week before tv is not working properly.indisplay lines are coming and struck the picture

Display is not available, sound is ok.

Its not been 1 year and there is a isuue in display of tv, and customer service is very pathetic.. they take long time but dont resolve the issue

I purchased Vu ultra smart 40 inch LED TV on 17th Nov 2019 and additional warranty of 2 yrs, now i had an issue with Display which is partially showing crack.
I had called customer support they said to mail to customer support, which I did on Saturday 7th August, after continuous follow up from my end, today i got reply that I have to pay 19000/ for panel.
Request to please help me as actual cost of the Tv is 16999/ and Vu company is giving me a quote of 19000/.
Iam waiting from one week, no one had called from Vu service team or no one visited, please let me know, is the service we get in warranty period.

The picture turns dull on its own and we can barely view the picture. This is happening from day 1 since I bought the tv. Need immediate help

Remote not working

Dear sir

I am Harshad khetani. I have purchased VU TV of 55 inch on 17 October 2019 from Vijay electornic Rajkot. I have found some issue with vedio from yesterday. TV screen has become total black while audio is coming.

TV serial number is:
BT829END05609

TV is within the warranty period. Therefore please arrange to resolve issue as soon as possible.
Incidentally I would like to mention that right now I have shifted to vadodara.

Tv remote not working properly...its a annoying situation that a big brand like vu manufacture this kind of stuff..please make sure i get better remote this time..

My 55' TV rebooting automatically when we watching TV shows

I bought 50" vu led tv 3 years back and now there is a problem with the display panel (Horizontal lines on the screen).

I have another 55" vu LED tv purchased 4 years back which also got display back light issues and it cost me 10000 :(

Now for 50" LED TV, Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the engineer says that its a display panel issue and they say that it can't be repaired and the panel has to be replaced which costs around rs. 25, 000/-.
This is pure cheating from vu company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 2 years! Customer care team say that it happens in some tvs, but looking at the complaints, looks like with vu tvs, it happens with 50% of their tvs!!! It is definitely an issue of their poor manufacturing quality, so why should the customer be at loss!

I request the consumer forum team to support and save me from such cheaters like vu tv.

55 inch TV has gone faulty ( Mother board.)
