          Its the worst tv provider when it comes to service. There is an issue with my tb display and i was been waiting for nearly two months and still they dint replace my tv display. I need say my tv is under warranty. It has the worst customer service. I regret ti buy vu product form flipkart.

              Pathetic service, horrible service
              It’s just been 1 year and 3 months and the machine has stopped working.
              1500 is the visiting charge of a service man in Vu
              Is he a doctor or lawyer ?
              When ask that u want to replace my mother board directly.. still they are asking for visiting charge.

                  Display panel for my VU 49" 4K LED tv started malfunctioning just around it came out of the warranty. So VU replaced the TV and gave me the same model. At the same time I purchased extended warranty for next two years. Now within two years I started facing similar problem and VU service engineer said that the panel has again started malfunctioning. To me, that speaks about the quality of VU TVs. They may be cheap but the overall cost of ownership is very high.

                      The charges at Vu for 1st consulting is too expensive. My issue was locally consulted with a technician. Just need to know how much a Vu motherboard replacement would cost for 55 inch TV.

                              I have purchased UV TV Invoice no FADZYH[protected] dated 23.06.2020 .

                              there is " jhiljhilaht line " occur in TV

                              In this regard i have made complaint to you and your technical person contact to me, he is advised to change cable, i have check after change of cable, still problem persist

                              you are requested to attend physically so that " line coming of TV" may be removed

                                I purchased my tv 2 years back and 1 fine day my tv stops working all of a sudden, i call the customer care and they told me it will be fixed and they said that it will cost me around 26, 000 Rs which is when i realised this scam company who dupe their customers and start asking for exorbitant amount of money to cheat their customers for the sake of repairing their tv which is still in warranty, please take actions on this fraud company.
                                its our hard earned money and this company broke all our expectations and values in just 1 day.

                                        This is to inform you I called regarding TV installation as I bought new TV 50 inch for first time from this company. customer care told me to send msg on watsapp ... So I did with all detail ... When I am asking them about .. wen my TV will get installed there is no reply on watsapp .

                                        I think where there no proper response from vu team. No proper customer service. . better next tim will opt for other company .. which provide better update and customer service to their customers. As I have 55 inch haier TV ... They have proper response

                                        Kindly note this .. and please .. people trust your brand. N purchase TV ... So keep your brand in good books ...

                                        Worst customer support vu team .. kindly updgrade on your profession
