Vu Televisions — Defective tv | |||||
Dear sir I have recently purchased a vu television from flipkart on 21 april, 2016. It was suddenly stop working from july 23, 2016 i found that power cable was defective. The same i have registered a complain to [protected]@vutvs.com on july 27, 2016. A person from service center visited our home on 29 july, 2016. He also framed the same issue as power cable failure. Further he told that i don’t bought the power cable along with me, i will bring it back from service center tomorrow. But the person didn’t turn up with the power cable. After a week i have mail regards the same to the vu support on aug 8, 2016 but no response till date. Yesterday aug 14, 2016 a person came from vu service center but the problem was not solved, again he framed a new problem that it was an issue in the power board, he said that i will come back next week and fix it soon. I can understand 3 out of 100 will be defective, although if the provide good service it can be neutralized. I seriously upset because vu television service, i will never encourage anyone to buy vu tv. I want vu to replace the tv. Was this information helpful? | |||||
