Hi all, This is with great regret i am writing this mail. Following a complaint registered for a vu tv service, one of your technicians turned up. After a thorough examination of the tv, he found it to be a motherboard problem. He replaced the motherboard with the new one and Charged 4, 350/- for the same. First of all, i felt that it costs too much for the piece. Not only that, the technician demanded the old Motherboard in return. This is the first time i am experiencing such a thing. No one has ever collected old for a new spare. My question is i am paying the full amount for the new one and why is your tech person demanding the old one. Secondly, he is not even offering me the original bill for the purchased item. It's my right to have bill for the purchased item. Previously i had many of my electronic items (Samsung tv, bpl, ec tv, and micro oven too) serviced at home. None of the technicians did the same thing as your technician did. After a long argument, i refused to give my old spare to him as i didn't feel that it's the right option Whatsoever. That person strictly told me that he could not do service or replacement without the old spare. And removed the fixed new motherboard from the tv as a result of the argument. My question again is after charging for a new component no company will demand to take an old part. Your technician went away without doing the service. Now i am leaving it to you. What kind of action do you want me to take For such irresponsible behavior of your technician? My complaint is still open and what kind of support you're going to offer to the dissatisfied customer like me.
