Vvip Builders — refund of amount

I Mrinal Gupta [protected] book a home in vviphomes on 18th Oct 2014 through investors clinic by paying an amount of Rs150000 unitE805 . I gave a request to cancel my unit to investors clinic on 4th November and they process my request on 22 Nov 2014. I have been communicated by Investors clinic and VVIP that refund process will take three months but I am still waiting for my refund. When I enquire about my refund they always keep saying that CMD approval is pending and he has not come to office. We cant approach our cmd to get approval.
