Vvip Builders — refund not paid

I had booked the flat in VVIP homes at Greater NOida under subvention scheme through TATA . Now builder has stopped paying EMI since July 2017 so my EMI are over due for more than 3 months .

There is substantial delay in construction process. But builder must start paying EMI

My name is hemant, I booked a flat in VVIP in subvention plan, According to them they will pay my emi untill possession, I have been paying EMI to bank, but they totally refused to pay EMI.

we have already filed the case against them in the court and will also be doing a press conference for the same in few days. VVIP builders are a complete fraud and people should be educated for not investing their hard earned money in their projects. those who want to take legal action against them can contact me.

I am also victim of fraud by VVIP. I booked a flat whose subvention period is about to complete but they have not event started the construction.
Regarding same I approached to VVIP and met Nitin Garg (VP) but he clearly refused to pay Pre or EMI. He just said that you have to pay and we'll see to adjust it on possession which I really do not think so.

In 2nd meeting we tried to put our points but Nitin Garg had started to misbehave and he even didn't care that I was with my wife.
This misbehaviour is really curse to VVIP ..

My name is Rajesh Sharma, I booked a flat in VVIP Homes Project at Greater Noida(West) in subvention plan. According to them they will pay Pre EMI / Bank Interest till possession of Flat. But they refused to pay Pre EMI / Bank Interest to M/S Tata Capital Fin.. Even at that time they have taken very high booking price @ 3950/- per sq. feet and now days at the same premises they are selling / making fresh bookings between Rs.[protected]/- per sq. feet.
I approached to VVIP and met with Mr. Nitin Garg (VP) but he clearly refused to pay Pre EMI / bank Intrest. He just said that you have to pay and we'll see to adjust it on possession which I really do not think so and forwarded my case to Mr. Saurabh Sharma.

In 2nd meeting I tried to put my points to Mr. Nitin Garg, But had started to misbehave and said legal case kar lo court me mere vakil case ladhte rahege and you will be the sufferer.
I have spoked with Mr. Saurabh Sharma also and he said very rudely flat cancel kara lo and disconnected the phone.

This misbehavior is really curse to VVIP Homes Promoters. Its totally fraud and cheating.

I want to cancel the booking and seeking refund from VVIP.

My name is Ravin Agrawal, I booked a flat in VVIP Homes Project at Greater Noida(West) in subvention plan. According to them they will pay Pre EMI / Bank Interest till possession of Flat. But they refused to pay Pre EMI / Bank Interest to ICICI Bank. Now bank has started deducting Pre-EMI from my account.
I approached to VVIP but they are not even meeting me.Its totally fraud and cheating.
