My name is Murthy PSN. I purchased two plots in the name of my daughters in 2008 at Sy No.436/E, Samshabad Airport Residency (Extn.), Immulnarva village, Kothur Mandal, RR Dist from VVR Housing Pvt Ltd, REP BY ITS MD VAKA VASUDEVA RAO, S/o V RANGA RAO.
When I visited the site, I observed that Mr.A Indrasena Reddy (a local TRS activist) had occupied my plots by removing Boundary Stones and merging the plots, including others with his own land. He levelled the land as agri land and constructed a boundary wall. When I asked him, he quarrelled with me and told me to do whatever I wanted. Surprisingly, the same person had sold his piece of land to VVR Housing Pvt Ltd where my plots were laid down in 2005. Now he had unauthorisedly taken the land which he sold into his possession and threatened the rightful owners who purchased the plots from VVR Housing. It's totally illegal.
At the same time, VVR Housing Pvt Ltd, rep by its Chairman and M.D Mr.Vaka Vasudeva Rao had not fulfilled its promise made at the time of the sale of plots. He had been involved in a number of fraudulent cases filed by various consumers in the Hon'ble Court of Law. Several cases are still pending in the Court waiting for judgement. The Company had cheated the Public by giving false promises and minted money like anything during the boom period of real estate. The Company had left the entire venture unattended and without proper regular maintenance. The other adjacent landowners had taken this as an opportunity to grab the plots to demand some amounts from the actual plot owners by way of settlements. They are influencing local power and also political power
I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint against the Company, it's M.D. Mr.Vaka Vasudeva Rao and also against Mr.A Indrasena Reddy S/o Yella Reddy who occupied my plots unauthorisedly and obstructed us in entering into our own plots.
