Vz-vicms — Fraud money charges

They charged Rs 7 saying that I have accessed to "Games and Videos" but I didn't visited any website or something for games and videos as they have mentioned. And this amount was deducted from my Vi number. Really Vi is totally useless. I hope this doesn't happen again. I think i have to change to other services like airtel.
