I placed an order for a kurti which was not fitting...so I asked for a larger size or they can take back the product. I have received it on 2nd March and from that till today which is 7th of March I am continuously calling their customer care to take back the product but they are not paying any attention. Everytime either someone picks up the call and disconnects in between or else it someone speaks surprisingly...they only say "tomorrow someone will come to take back the product" but there is no trace of that "SOMEONE " Please arrange someone to take the product.
