W Brand - For Kurtis Complaints & Reviews

Never expected that I would receive such a worse kurtha, I need my money back at any cost. There is no return for this product which is highly not acceptable.There is no discount provided, I have purchased with full money of 2499 /-for this and have recieved 2019 year kurtha which is smelling badly with torn threads color has been already faded....

I ordered 5 kurtas online from W.
3 of them are wrong size/ I ordered size 16 but I have got size 10, 12 and 14!!
I want a refund or change.

I placed an order for a kurti which was not fitting...so I asked for a larger size or they can take back the product. I have received it on 2nd March and from that till today which is 7th of March I am continuously calling their customer care to take back the product but they are not paying any attention. Everytime either someone picks up the call and disconnects in between or else it someone speaks surprisingly...they only say "tomorrow someone will come to take back the product" but there is no trace of that "SOMEONE " Please arrange someone to take the product. It's more than two months and I neither received my order nor refunded my money. Already complaint many times through email and call as well but they didn't solve my issue.my order no. WW[protected]..Worst experience with W.. Didn't expected this kind of act from a brand like 'W'.

They have sent me the wrong size product after that i have returned them the product on 24th December 2018 and send them the bank details on 2 January .right now it is 30th jan 2019 and now they are not refunding the money it's been more than 1 month.every time i call them they tell me to wait for 7 days after that they still not refunding the money

I bought 2 kurti together costing approx 3600 and two of them became defective.. After wearing once 2 of them got torn from different places.. Please let me know if they can be replaced or i need to stop buying w clothes in future and also stop recommending my family members to buy w clothes.. Because the clothes are not cheap, it's simply wastage of money.

I had brought apparels worth 10k from their Mumbai airport store- big mistake, pls don't. One piece was defective.I somehow managed to get in touch with them. I only had to follow up despite them having my contact details. Till date they haven't been able to share the address for the courier of the product. Mamta the manager with her team hasn't been able to deliver. Their after sales services just do not match their brand repute. Disappointed in W.

I brought a kurti of w brand around 15 days back from lifestyle sanjay place agra. And it got torn from back side.. It seems that the cloth is not good. Though i hav cumplete trust in this brand but this time i am too disppointed. Dis happen ed second time but i didint complained complained for the first time but it happened again if dis type of complain happen in w brand.

Way of behaving with consumers were very rude. I went their for the exchange of curties buyed 2 days back by some of our relative as a gift. I told them to give me the number of the regional manager. He scolded me and told me to leave. Then i tried to talk to one of the coustomer to please buy your stuff in exchange, again started shouting................this is not the way.You are breaking rules and bla bla bla
