I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against W (Brand Name) regarding their highly unprofessional customer service and unfair refusal to process my return and refund.

Incident Summary:
I purchased a product from W and attempted multiple times to initiate a return. However, every time I called their customer care number, it was either out of service or unreachable. Left with no option, I sent multiple emails requesting assistance, but I received no response from their team.

After several unsuccessful attempts, my call finally got connected. The representative informed me that an email had already been sent regarding the return process. However, I had never received any such email. When I raised this concern, they assured me that they would resend the email. Despite waiting for days, no email ever arrived.

A few days later, I called again, only to be told that the emails had landed in my spam folder. It is highly unacceptable that a reputed brand’s official emails were marked as spam without any prior intimation or follow-up call from their side.

Now, after all these efforts, W has denied my return request, claiming that the return window has expired. This is completely unfair since I had tried multiple times to contact them within the valid return period, but due to their negligence and lack of response, I was unable to proceed with the return in time.

Request for Resolution:
The product is still lying at my home, unused and of no value to me. I am not trying to take legal action against W, but I sincerely request the consumer forum’s intervention to ensure that:

W accepts the return of my product and processes my full refund immediately.
The company is held accountable for their lack of customer support and delayed responses.
I have all necessary email communications, call records, and order details to support my claim. Please let me know if any further information is required.

I hope for a quick resolution to this matter through the intervention of the Consumer Forum.
